Item #: SCP-4091

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4091 is to be contained in it's cell, a 6 m x 6 m x 6 m concrete room with steel foundations and 2 CCTV cameras facing towards the center of the chamber. These cameras are to be active and live at all times. A bed, bedside table, and a storage shelf will also be placed in the chamber. A one-way window is placed on the eastern wall of the cell for testing purposes. SCP-4091 will be given it's choice of 2 practical items, such as books and news articles, every month to keep it occupied.

If, in any case, SCP-4091 were to be moved to another location other than it’s containment cell in Site-████, it is to be escorted with 1 researcher and 2 guard personnel on site as to keep SCP-4091 from attempting an escape. No physical, hostile contact shall be made with SCP-4091 if not necessary.

Description: SCP-4091 is a female humanoid figure measuring approximately 1.5 meters in height. SCP-4091 shows a likeness to humans in behavior. SCP-4091 has presented a basic understanding of English but is fluent in Russian and Polish. It's physical appearance consists of a human figure with an average build for a 23 year old human, a dark grey complexion of the skin and hair, and no discernable facial features except for an abnormally large mouth. This mouth, however, will not move when communicating with others. The only currently known purpose for the mouth is to consume food. SCP-4091’s diet is almost entirely made up of plant and fungal material. SCP-4091 has shown to consume animal material if need be. It also seems to view itself as a regular human and an important piece of “the societal machine”.

SCP-4091 has been noted to show a wide array of human emotions and attitudes, such as anger and happiness, along with loneliness and anxiousness. (See Addendum 4091.1) Foundation and witness reports from during it’s capture reveal that SCP-4091 expressed feelings of anger, confusion, and anxiousness during it’s struggles to comprehend the situation. When angry, SCP-4091 has shown signs of an extremely aggressive body and verbal behavior. When physical force has been used on SCP-4091, it demonstrates great feats of strength to terminate the aggressor, usually ending with the aggressor having severe brain injuries or blunt force trauma. All attempts to damage SCP-4091 have only led to minor injuries in SCP-4091’s structure. When an open wound is made on SCP-4091, whether a gunshot wound or a laceration, a viscous black liquid has been seen to slowly seep out. This liquid seems to fill the wound and harden to repair it's outer structure like human scabbing.

Though it has shown considerable force physically, SCP-4091 has shown average human intelligence levels during questioning. SCP-4091 brandishes a great deal of knowledge of it’s claimed lifetime, which dates back to the 10th century, especially of eastern European history. SCP-4091 only shares it’s past when it feels necessary to SCP-4091’s own mental well being as if being treated psychiatrically. When asked about events after it's “birth”, it always responds with correct answers, no matter what date or location of the event. SCP-4091 claims to have a romantic history with many historical figures of Eastern Europe but Foundation personnel cannot find evidence to prove or disprove this statement. It also claims it fought in the first Siege of Vienna in 1529, claiming it killed around 100 Holy Roman and Ottoman forces. This claim, also, has yet to be proven to be true or false.

Addendum 4091.1: Discovery

SCP-4091 was discovered after eye witnesses contacted local authorities with reports of a dark humanoid roaming the streets of Mazyr, Belarus. After these local authorities found SCP-4091 hiding in an alleyway that branched off of ████████████, they contacted Foundation personnel. Upon arrival of Foundation personnel, SCP-4091 began to shout profanities in Polish. Armed personnel proceeded to restrain SCP-4091, who had begun whimpering and crying out. All local authorities and eye witnesses were given Class A amnesiac.

The following interview was conducted after SCP-4091’s arrival to Site ████.

Addendum 4091.2: Observation Logs

While contained at Site-████, SCP-4091 has been seen pacing, often when it has used up the two items given to it every month. As seen on the May of 19██ and the October of 20██, SCP-4091 requested books on relaxation and medicine. Almost a weeks later these requests sat in silence for almost two hours straight, seemingly attempting to meditate. Noted in other instances, the requested items affect the attitude and actions of SCP-4091 inside the facility. Due to these findings, three requests were denied to SCP-4091.
