Any failure in the soundproofing should be immediately repaired or replaced. SCP-4251’s cell should have monthly cleanings. When cleaning SCP-4251’s, personnel must wear ear protection capable of resisting sound as loud as 145 dB. In the event that SCP-4251-1 occurs it is to be immediately neutralized.
