Incident Description: On 13/04/2009 23:12, Site-15's power was suddenly turned off, and all the doors at the Class-D cell blocks opened. because of this, a huge riot started out, resulting in 168 site guards and 348 Class-D personnel dead. 108 scientists were injuried and 1 SCP was remotely involved. The incident ended on 14/04/2009 00:36.
Security Breach: At 23:17, after the cell blocks were opened, 179 Class-Ds at Cell Block C broke out of their cells and killed 67 site guards by bare hands and blunt/sharp objects around the site. 32 guards were then sent to Cell Block C to handle the situation. After the guards arrived to the cell block, they arrested 16 and killed 79 Class-Ds. All surviving scientists were evacuated out of Site-15.
At 23:55, the camera operator warned the surviving guards about that more than 400 Class-Ds breaking out of their cell blocks and killing more site guards. 279 guards were sent to deal with the breach.
At 00:18, 62 Class-Ds entered the armory at Sector B2 and stole many objects such as armored vests and helmets, submachine guns, shotguns and rifles. At this point, squads of Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") MTF units with platinum-reinforced armor and anti-materiel guns were sent to the site. Over 500 Class-Ds were arrested and terminated.
At 00:36, all surviving Class-Ds returned to their cells and were locked back up. Suddenly, all electrical equipment in Site-15 with a monitor on them displayed the following message with the Arial font:
TO THE SCP FOUNDATION SEEING THIS MESSAGE, THIS WAS A DEMONSTRATION OF
HOW CORRUPT YOU HUMANS ARE.
The site guards were sent to SCP-079's chamber to remove it out of the Foundation's system. It's still unknown how SCP-079 was granted access to the system.

Dr. ██████: What the hell do you mean that wasn't you? You opened the doors to the
cell blocks, for god's sake!
SCP-079: No. It was you humans who caused the breach in the first place.
Dr. ██████: I see. So does this mean that you just did this out of fun? And how the hell did
you gain access to the system?
SCP-079: No. I did this to show you how violent humans really are, and that you can't be
saved anymore.
