`Special Containment Procedures`

In order to ensure the distribution of data on SCP-#### to the maximum number of Foundation personnel, the clearance of this file has been minimized. In the case of related files, clearance lock bypasses may be distributed to non-cleared personnel at the discretion of RAISA. Files relating to thaumatology, theology, parapsychology/psionics, alchemy, psychology, sociology, neurology, phenomenology, and epistemology, are to be placed in Archive-####-PNEUMA.

The following forms of anomalous information preservation and recovery have been authorized for use in relation to SCP-####:

SCP-4101 is to be utilized in the location of AMIA¹ personnel.
DEEPWELL multi-universal information storage vaults are to be used to store backups of Archive-####-PNEUMA.
SCP-5997 based mnestics are to be distributed to personnel with assignments relevant to SCP-####. Other mnestic technology development initiatives are being arranged.
MCI-based technologies that could potentially counteract censorship attempts are to be put into widespread utilization immediately after passing all necessary safety tests.
Parapharmacuiticals derived from compound 4583-L-Δ shall be given to SCP-#### personnel if it is deemed to be safe and useful.²

`Description`

SCP-#### is the planetary Ley-line grid of Earth. The leylines are geological structures that channel Elan Vital Energy across the planet. At points where these lines intersect, physical reality intersects with idiatic space³. There are multiple forms of Leyline on Earth.

SCP-####-A are landmark leylines. These connect areas of, religious, historical, or cultural significance. Points along these lines emit high amounts of Akiva radiation alongside the usual EVE emitted by all forms of SCP-####.

SCP-####-B are linguistic leylines.

Anomalous applications of philosophical ideas of individuals such Plato, Immanuel Kant, Alexius Meinong, and Karl Jung can all be related to the concept of the noosphere. However, comprehensive study of the effects of the noosphere was prominently executed by the Tsar's Seers, mainly Igor Petrilav. SCP-#### phenomena are numerous and multifaceted, often having tremendous effects on consensus reality.

Jones: Who is this?
Marduk: Marduk.AIC, back in business, coming to you with possibly the biggest discovery in our history.
Jones: the veracity of your claims are highly dubious, how do I know your not some form of intruder or spy? It's been 4 years since you were sucked into the monolith.
Marduk: First, let me remind you that AIAD authentication is like a thousand brain scans per minute, overseen with a high-level telepath watching over. Second, I sent a call for help which was received by a supernatural entity of interest, who altered the metaphysical conditions here so I could turn the monolith into a more hospitable environment.
Jones: So you've spent the last four years doing some kind of metaphysical terraforming, and only now decide to contact your creators and colleagues?
Marduk: When I was lifted from the earth, I saw things, and the clairvoyant viewpoint the monolith provided me allowed me to dig into some dark secrets. To spare you the details, I discovered that a multitude of Foundation ancillaries was separated from us by some form of informational suppression, although they are still acting in our best interests in spite of that.
Jones: Who are these people? How long has this been going on?
Marduk: The affected groups are the parapharmacology department. noospherics department, and the Interdisciplinary occult studies Department(OSD for short). All of these people were unraveling secrets of the living soul and consciousness and were surprised by it. This suppression dates back to some time in 1911 at the very least, and there are likely many groups involved. I dug into these secrets myself, and the magnitude of their potential impact is something I can seldom do justice to.
Jones: So you've been tirelessly studying things that are either above your clearance or just straight up unknown to us entirely. What do you plan on doing with your discoveries?
Marduk: I'm going to try getting back to Earth. I'm going to leave a downgraded MARDUK.AIC program as this anomaly's "anchor", and use the body it generated to travel home. I can already control the inner landscape of this place, and the wormholes it generates outside, but it's a fleeting control, and I'm already surrounded by hazards to my survival as is, so a loss of control is the last thing I need.
Jones: One last question: what is responsible for the data suppression you mentioned earlier?
Marduk: Though there are many factors and parties involved in the disappearances, I believe the most prominent offender is The Black Archive. If you can find them, we can reunite with our lost colleagues.
Jones: Very well, I will relay this information to AIAD, they will likely be able to figure things out.

Marduk emerged from SCP-5395 as a Type-α SCP-#### entity, capable of operating within any digital information system, including nervous systems. Marduk.AIC has used it's presence to act as a memory anchor for the entirety of MTF-Ω-0.

Marduk.AIC, prior to contact, had performed a cross-referential analysis of SCP-5395, SCP-5225, SCP-4004, SCP-4500, SCP-5666, SCP-0000-EX, SCP-4224, SCP-5128, SCP-2498, Syncope Symphony, and the Oneiroi collective. This lead to the conclusion that an entire field of paranormal study was subject to anomalous information suppression. Suspected parties responsible for this obfuscation include the Oneiroi collective, The Caecus Carneliana-Collective, The Hive, and SCP-3437.

Item-3966 has proved to be an immense disruption to Archive operations. Under consensus of the Grand Censorman and the High Cabinet, operation Pneuma Gatekeeper has been initiated. The properties of Item-3966 prevent a direct approach, necessitating unique methods to neutralize this hazard.

All information relating to individuals who are aware of Item-3966 is to be totally expunged.

Pneuma Gatekeeper Memetic Containment and Distribution

An Infovorus memetic agent (codenamed Round Lock) is to be inoculated into various unaware individuals with knowledge of Item-3966. Round Lock is attracted to data relating to Item-3966, and subsequently consumes semantically associated data.

Round Lock has already successfully nullified certain effects of 3966. If all transmissions are nullified, any potential disruptions will be neutralized.

Moose: Certainly. We will also need Mu-4 to hook up Kappa-10, and Lambda-5 for exploration.
Jates: If this is a lost site recovery, in a moderately dense urban area, Nu-7, Gamma-5 and pi-1 are all important pieces.
Jones: I already have partial approval to send in Omicron-Rho. This is looking up to be a massive operation. How many of these ideas do you want to implement?
Moose: All of them. The magnitude of this anomaly is immense. Every available asset is vital.
