Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5217 must be kept in a rectangular room no smaller than 50m x 50m x 50m. This room's walls, floor, ceiling, and doors must be at least 0.3 meters in thickness and must be constructed out of Ferrotitanium. Any doors the room has must function using a hydraulic system, and leave absolutely no space between the door and the door frame. Doors must only open from the outside and must be closed within 2 seconds of being opened. No cameras that require any wiring outside of the room SCP-5217 is to be kept in can be set up, as that will only make it easier for SCP-5217 to escape. Following that vein, there can be no ventilation systems, pipelines, or electrical lines that leave the room.
SCP-5217 is free to move around the room, and any form of restraints is discouraged, as they would be a waste of Foundation funds.
Personnel may feel free to interact with SCP-5217 as much as they please, as long as they follow the containment procedures. Personnel should also wear full body armor composed of Ferrotitanium, as well as a visor sealed to the rest of the armor and capable of sustaining immense shock damage. It is also advised that both an oxygen tank and Nightvision goggles be installed on all "suits" (the necessary armor) as it will likely be dark and there will be no oxygen inside the room due to the lack of ventilation. Personnel being friendly with SCP-5217 and even calling SCP-5217 should not be considered compromised unless they have actually attempted to free SCP-5217, or have been caught attempting to sabotage containment procedures for SCP-5217.
In the event of SCP-5217's escape, all personnel must immediately contact the foundation and call for a lockdown of Site 35. Once SCP-5217 has been spotted by cameras on-site, personnel armed with weapons loaded with acid with a minimum ph of -50. Personnel must continue to fire upon SCP-5217 until only the skull and hat of SCP-5217 remain. The skull and hat of SCP-5217 are to be brought back to the containment room quickly.
Description: SCP-5217 is a humanoid skeleton approximately 1.3 meters in height. SCP-5217 is also always seen wearing a weathered leather cowboy hat with a golden star in the center of the hat similar to a western sheriff hat. SCP-5217 is capable of normal humanoid movement despite having no muscles or organs. SCP-5217's bones are incredibly durable being able to withstand explosions, and bullets with minimal damage, and no methods have proven successful for destroying the skull or the hat of SCP-5217 thus far. SCP-5217 also has the ability to meld and shapeshift its hands into any shape it wants it to be, and can even grow additional bone from its hands.
SCP-5217 despite having no brain has demonstrated incredible intelligence. Personnel who have conversed with SCP-5217 have said that SCP-5217 is very clever, and conversations tend to be pleasant. Despite SCP-5217's initial displays of kindness, if any conversation with the intention of learning the capabilities, origin, or knowledge of SCP-5217 is to be had with SCP-5217, it will request a material good such as gold or saffron, or information SCP-5217 does not know. If the person conversing with SCP-5217 fails to pay it, SCP-5217 will likely become agitated and attack the person with the intention of killing them. If escape seems plausible, it should be attempted, but not at the risk of SCP-5217's escape. If escape is not plausible, the person in question should use their back to shield them from SCP-5217 attacks as an immediate solution but should seek the aid of other personnel to solve the problem. The current time it takes for SCP-5217 to break through the "suit" and seconds after kill the person under assault has been recorded at 3:32. To prevent this from happening, all personnel who are to come into contact with SCP-5217 must take with them a 1 oz 24 karat gold bar.
Addendum 5217.1:Discovery
SCP-5217 was first discovered when a foundation team was sent to investigate a town in New Mexico where every resident had been killed. When the team arrived they were met by SCP-5217, who began to converse with the team. The transcription of their conversation is below.
Commander Teeso: What are you?
SCP-5217: I believe my name is Bone Wanderer.
Commander Teeso: I didn't ask for your name, tell me what you are NOW!
SCP-5217: Do you have any gold?
Commander Teeso: No I don't have any gold! I'll ask you one more time! What are you?!
SCP-5217: That's a shame.
Commander Teeso: Open fire!
At this point, the recording ended, and when a recon team was dispatched to the location SCP-5217 they found every member of the team dead with a large hole of approximately 12.7 centimeters in diameter through their head or heart. A video recording of their interaction showed SCP-5217's incredible resistance to both bullets and explosives, as well as the speed at which SCP-5217 skewered the entire team and the control it had over its movement.
Addendum 5217.2: Method of Capture
SCP-5217 creates a unique challenge for capture, as its destructive capabilities, as well as its great intelligence, suggest that any conventional means of capture will fail. The foundation has found that the use of acid of at most -50ph must be used to destroy SCP-5217's body and the skull and hat of SCP-5217 be quickly brought to its containment unit.
