Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5038 is to be housed in a 10m x 10m room, furnished with a queen-size bed and a set of drawing tools. The entity is approved to operate at Site-██, as long as surveillance is maintained during all movement outside of containment.
Description: SCP-5038 is a female bipedal reptilian, approximately 2 meters in length. It has large batlike wings, prominent horns, and digitigrade legs. Entity is capable of effective communication with all living things. Entity claims to belong in another realm.
The entity possesses hollow sacs containing an unknown, highly flammable liquid. The sacs connect to unusual outward-facing fangs, which spray the liquid in a manner similar to the spitting cobra. A second set of fangs connects to three pairs of organs that produce electricity. These organs are made of electrocytes, and the electric charge, negligible on its own, causes the flammable liquid to ignite when both the “fire spray” and the electric charge are triggered.
Despite appearances to the contrary, SCP-5038 is docile, only using its fire spray in scenarios where its use is necessary for continued survival. The entity is friendly towards staff and enjoys both company and solitude. Due to her good behavior, SCP-5038 has been allowed access to most common areas within Site-██, and has been given permission to interact with other SCPs (albeit under surveillance).
