Special Containment Procedures:
Any personnel interacting with or within a 15 meter radius SCP-XXXX-1 are required to wear gas masks. In an emergency situation, surgical masks have shown to slow the effects of SCP-XXXX. If a gas mask or other protective device is unavailable, SCP-XXXX-1 must wear a closed-circuit biohazard suit.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is an unknown aroma created by Dr.██████, hereby SCP-XXXX-1, that creates a multitude of anomalous effects in subjects who are near enough to smell it. The process through which the aroma affects subjects is unknown. It is unknown when Dr.██████ came into contact with the cause of SCP-XXXX, as she was otherwise non-anomalous before ██, ██, 2019. A list of SCP-XXXX effects can be found below. It should be noted that Dr.██████ is immune to all effects of SCP-XXXX thus far.

Procedure: D-18859 is instructed to enter a room containing SCP-XXXX-1.
Results: D-18859 and SCP-XXXX-1 have a conversation about their current project direction. After 8 minutes D-18859 is instructed to leave the room, whereupon exiting the radius of effect, D-18859 immediately forgot the contents of the last 8 minutes.
SCP-XXXX-T2 - Date ██, ██, 2019
Subject: D-18859
Procedure: D-18859 is instructed to enter a room containing SCP-XXXX-1.
Results: D-18859 immediately vanishes upon entering the area. A lock-down is called until D-18859 is found wandering through a secure storage area approximately 6 minutes later. When questioned, D-18859 claimed they had appeared in the area only a few seconds before site security arrived. D-18859 also claimed to smell lavender upon entering the test area.

Subject: D-18859
Procedure: D-18859 is instructed to enter a room containing SCP-XXXX-1.
Results: D-18859 becomes immediately terrified of SCP-XXXX-1, throwing themselves against the door to escape. D-18859 is allowed to exit and calm down before debrief. D-18859 claims "There was just a feeling of pure and utter terror, I could barely see where I was going." D-18859 also noted the smell of rotting meat.
