Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be kept within a acid resistant metal coffin, measuring 1m x 40cm x 20cm in size. All instances of contained SCP-XXXX are held within cryogenic preservation tanks located in Armed Bio-Containment Area-14. Access to any instance of SCP-XXXX requires authorization by Clearance Level 3 personnel, who must be present for all research and testing.
Description: SCP-XXXX are large gastropods, measuring approximately 1.8 meters in length. The dorsal portion of SCP-XXXX imitates the appearance of a human corpse. Its shell, found beneath skin of the "torso" of the corpse, measures roughly 80 cm on average. The limbs of the "corpse" contain no bones, and appear to be the organisms antennae. The hands and feet are imperfect recreations of those of humans, mimicking the appearance of only the bone structure covered in skin, with no palms or soles.
SCP-XXXX is known to be an ambush predator, luring prey via its imitation of a cadaver.
