Special containment procedures:SCP-4037 is to be contained in a 12 x 12 meter metal covered room, under a glass box. Not under any conditions can any personnel enter SCP-4037’s quarters, unless approved by a level 3 or higher personnel. SCP-4037 is not to be exposed to any combat within a 100 foot radius of its containment zone. If exposed to any combat within a 100 foot radius SCP-4037 will teleport to the area of the combat.
Description:SCP-4037 is a helmet from a berserker that was uncovered in ██████,Greece at an ancient battleground. SCP-4037 seems to be able to fit on anybody's head, the extraction went perfectly. 2 weeks after extraction, personnel have reported feeling a temptation to put SCP-4037 on, this temptation can be prevented. If subject puts SCP-4037 on they will be known as SCP-4037-1, SCP-4037-1 will enter a state in which they cannot control themselves and will proceed to kill anything that moves or breathes in its sight. By either strangling them to death or using any weapon at their disposal. SCP-4037-1 will become very difficult to terminate. Once SCP-4037-1 is terminated, SCP-4037-1 will disappear into white mist.
After the termination of SCP-4037-1, SCP-4037 will fall to the ground and must be put back as fast as possible by a class-D personnel.

In this interview Pvt. Wong was interviewed about his experience with SCP-4037 and SCP-4037-1. Pvt.wong is a security guard working at the facility, and in the interview was very calm.

Dr. ████████:Hello, good morning Pvt.Wong.
Pvt.Wong: Hello sir.
Dr. ████████:Okay, so i'm going to ask you a few questions about your experience with SCP-4037 and SCP-4037-1. Okay, first where were you at the time of the incident, and what happened?
Pvt.Wong: I was patrolling the halls at which SCP-4037 is contained, but then close to the quarters of SCP-4037 a fight broke out. I tried to stop the two guards from fighting, but it was to late. SCP-4037 had appeared at the area of the fight. Then one of the guards put SCP-4037 on, he then shot the guard he was fighting 6 times. Then that's when SCP-4037-1 noticed me and shot me twice in the leg. As SCP-4037-1 was approaching towards me I played dead. Then I realized if I let SCP-4037-1 pass he would kill more personnel, so I threw a grenade, I was very surprised to see that it had killed SCP-4037-1. That's when SCP-4037-1 turned into white mist and vanished.
Dr. ████████:Is that when you requested support from D-class personnel?
Pvt.Wong: Yes, and I also requested first aid support. That's when the class-D put it back, and first aid bandaged me up.
Dr. ████████: Okay thank you for your time and patience, please leave the room.
