Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Subject is to be kept in a 5 m x 5 m room at Site-██, furnished with toddler-appropriate furniture. As the subject expresses a fancy for colors like pink and purple, all furniture should be painted as such. The subject should be provided with recreational tools and toys appropriate for a female toddler. The room must be guarded by two guards with Level 2 clearance and one guard must be present for all interactions with SCP-XXXX. Personnel cannot enter the same room as SCP-XXXX, all interactions must take place in Interview Room A, with the interviewer sitting at a distance of at least 3 meters away from SCP-XXXX, with a glass polycarbonate glass pane separating them in the middle.

Foundation personnel wishing to interact with SCP-XXXX must undergo a psychological check-up to ensure general mental well-being and must be thoroughly informed on the nature of SCP-XXXX and how to interact correctly with it. It is mandatory that the Foundation personnel wishing to interact with SCP-XXXX attend a Foundation mandated course on child psychology focused on interacting with depressed toddlers.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid female appearing to be of 6 years of age. Its actual age, determined by experimental methods, is ██. Its intelligence is on par with its apparent age. The subject appears to be of Southeast Asian origin. It dislikes being called SCP-XXXX and asks to be called Ayesha instead. When asked, she reports that she is originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The subject appears to be in good physical health and appearance consistent with that of an average six year old toddler, however, it exhibits signs of major depression and touch deprivation, which lead to it constantly being upset and/or lethargic.

If any human or mammalian animal touches SCP-XXXX in any way, third-degree burns are formed at the area of contact. The body temperature of SCP-XXXX remains constant as this occurs. These burns do not heal despite adequate treatment, and always result in rapidly spreading necrosis, followed by death. Any barriers between SCP-XXXX and the human/animal are also burned. So far, barriers ranging from latex gloves to a fire blanket have been tried, but even inflammable objects melt when they come into contact with SCP-XXXX. It is important to note that these effects do not occur when these barriers are thrown over SCP-XXXX, or when SCP-XXXX touches them by itself, but only when a human or another mammal attempts to touch SCP-XXXX through the barrier.

SCP-XXXX deeply desires to be touched due to its toddler instincts. It is reported by Doctor ██████, who is an expert on child psychology and development, that its growth has been stunted due to a lack of touch, which is one of the symptoms of extreme touch deprivation. SCP-XXXX actively seeks out new or inexperienced members of the Foundation to fulfill its desire for contact. Despite her apparent age, SCP-XXXX is highly cunning and deceptive, and will use any means, ranging from incessant crying to [EXPUNGED] in order to convince someone to hold it. SCP-XXXX expresses great distress for those who are burned while attempting to touch her, but this does not keep it from trying to attract more attention. In her words, she hopes "that this time I won't burn them."
