Authors' Resources

Per the greenlighting policy, first-time authors must get concepts reviewed in the Ideas Critique Forum or IRC chatrooms before creating a feedback thread in the Drafts and Critique forum. Draft critique can still be sought via IRC and PM without greenlights.

When you have a draft that you know for sure the audience will like, bring it to Drafts Critique Forum. Please note that the forums move much slower than the chat, and the draft forum moves slower than the ideas forum!

The mainsite-run IRC chatrooms are the most reliable source of real-time critique discussion.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 are pair of nearly identical brass thuribles.

SCP-XXXX-1 has the word 'revenge' inscribed upon it, anyone who smells incense burned in it [compulsion to punish people for their 'sins', including the subject themself.]

SCP-XXXX-2 has the word mercy inscribed and causes a compulsion to help anyone, or anything, they perceive to be sapient and alleviate suffering. [Include mention of trying to help anomalies and D-Class escape.]
