Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Should be kept in a 6x6x4 meter empty containment cell with reinforced monitoring windows and doors under constant video and physical surveillance. SCP-XXXX's Sarcophagus is to be placed in the center of the room and left undisturbed if XXXX does not show any activity. In the event XXXX awakens and shows activity monitors are to notify nearest Class-B researchers, if one is not assigned to monitoring watch, this is assigned to the study of XXXX as well as notifying Dr.█████. Should XXXX make a request for reading material or show interest in conversation, and index of hazard is low head researcher present has digression in authorizing the request. In the event XXXX presents a possible containment breech Security staff are to be alerted and containment cell flooded with a cocktail of sevoflurane, nitrous oxide and oxygen. in a attempt to subdue XXXX and allow security staff to place SCP-XXXX back into its Sarcophagus.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a mummified humanoid standing at 1.98M tall or 6 feet and six inches. SCP-XXXX looks to be a perfectly mummified human body who's body looks to have atrophied to expected levels. Though the subject still retains the bandage wrappings in a oddly pristine condition that mask any visible skin. This is then followed by a veil of copper rings acting a a vale that hide SCP-XXXX's face from view. The vale looks to be secured in place through the frontal bone of the skull. Similar to the depiction on the face of XXXX's sarcophagus. The vail would obscure XXXX's face and any attempts to lift the vail have been fatal.

SCP-XXXX is found to be in a sarcophagus 2x2x1.5 meter in dimensions made from stone and decorated in the appearance of SCP-XXXX. It is unclear if the sarcophagus possess any anomalous properties but will carry the designation of SCP-XXXX-1. However within XXXX-1 rest two curved blades and a layer of golden coins. Removal of the coins or swords from XXXX-1 have resulted in XXXX growing restless in it's hibernation. And objects taken more than exactly 3.4 M from XXXX-1 trigger a rage state within XXXX where subject will manage to track down the missing item killing the taker and those whom attempt to stop XXXX from recovering it's stolen property. As in incident report XXXX 1-1 SCP-XXXX managed to breakdown it's containment cell door. As a result all items within SCP-XXXX-1 are designated SCP-XXXX-2.

SCP-XXXX was first discovered by archeologist in Egypt at the ██████████ excavation site. Initial research showed SCP-XXXX to be a presumed ordinary find and as such the subject was brought back to their research station on the out skirts of Helwan El Gharbia. Upon the foundation receiving a tip off from informants within the Egyptian government to possible anomalous activity at the research station following a fatal incident involving both research staff and local law enforcement. Once in containment at Site- ██ subject was placed under the watch of Dr. ██████. SCP-XXXX is found to express sentience and is able to communicate and interact with it's surroundings and personnel. Though it is to be noted that XXXX with spent up to 72 hours inactive pending no disturbances to SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2. Though when awake XXXX has often asked to either be given a book or talk with someone. Such request are commonly made in English with a thick Arabian accent and have rarely been demanding in nature. Such burst of activity last for roughly 24 hours before XXXX with either excuse it self or leave the book by the door before returning to SCP-XXXX-1 and sealing it self inside.

It should also be noted that XXXX is found to be extremely durable and lack any form of pain receptors. Paired with the ability to regenerate following hibernation in SCP-XXXX-1. It is yet to be determined if SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1 is the anomaly or if both are independent anomalies that synchronize with each other. Further questioning and research needed to confirm. With this relation of XXXX-2 to XXXX is still unknown or why the berserk like mind set comes over XXXX.

+ After Action Report: Operation: Rude Awakening

The following is findings of Field Agent ████ following MTF- Xi-██'s skirmish with ORIA operatives given recovered intel.

Starting log for case XXXX 1-1 concerning ORIA involvement with now SCP-XXXX. sigh Intel gathered from the research station has proven to be for lack of a better word useless for establishing a link. all documents and electronics secured by the tac team have not shown any useful or viable information for why the ORIA would be interested in this anomaly. How ever that was only the civilian documentation. chuckling Though if you want to learn things about ancient Egypt feel free to ask and this trash is all yours. Though to say all recovered intel was worthless is far from the truth.

First platoon also managed to snag me a tablet and laptop from one of the ORIA operatives. Ill presume it was their team lead or radio operator, but doesn't matter. The tablet was fucked…two bullets through the mother board and one right into the hard drive. what little I could pull from it has been of no tactical use, and what's left might not even be recoverable. However the laptop was a different story.

chuckling Luckily the squad managed not to use the laptop like a target as they they did with the tablet. From the hard drive I managed to get some hits. The laptop had access to a folder named…"al-Qiyāmah"…forgive me if the pronunciation was wrong. But this relates to events within the Quran as humanities final judgement before the end times. And the contents of this file refer to what I believe are various artifacts or suspected artifacts the ORIA has compiled to investigate.

sigh Now what they plan to do with these artifacts and why come after XXXX is beyond me. But it'd be worth passing some of this to the research staff after I had time to censor some bits. How ever I will be presenting this information to the site administrator and commander.

As my current theory is someone within the ORIA is seeking to bring about, again sorry for this, "al-Qiyāmah". with lack of intel its hard to say if the ORIA is still simply looking to weaponize anomalies, or if instead they plan to find an anomaly or multiple anomalies that together can bring a apocalyptical like event. Or more likely I'm looking too far into this shit and sounding like a conspiracy theorist.

Now as for this isolated event I believe the ORIA intended to interrogate this particular anomaly about potential for other anomalies…which is far flung reasoning to say the least…or perhaps they simply were not aware of this particular anomalies nature until they arrived at the location much like our own team.
