Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard sized hangar, furnished with World War Two planes and vehicles similar to SCP-XXXX, black metal folding chairs and three floodlights (Two white floodlights and one black). Alternatively, a garage sized room has also been effective in containing SCP-XXXX but the former is recommended to facilitate testing. Furthermore, ambient air in the hangar must vary within 18 and 35 degrees Celsius to keep the micro-organisms inside SCP-XXXX from propagating outside normal levels.

SCP-XXXX is to be monitored weekly for any signs of bacterial growth outside the normal range of ███ micro-organisms per minute. After incident 01-A, SCP-XXXX is to be cared for by personnel that have no criminal history of violent crime, or crimes up to the Federal level. If proper containment procedures are followed, SCP-XXXX has shown the ability to remember personnel that frequent its containment chamber, and generally complies with their orders.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard Willys M38A1 (MD) Jeep found deep in the ███-██████ national park in northern Vietnam, fitted with the following modifications:

1. A convertible cloth roof.
2. 3.33 meters of rope on the front bumper (As of the creation of this file).
3. One 20 liter portable metal Jerrycan (Right side)
4. Various numbers and letters (printed on the vehicle's body).
5. A small flag (Located on the back).
6. A complex series of plastic tubes (Extending from the Jerrycan to the engine compartment).

Description of Modifications:

+ 1. Roof

Despite the roof looking like it is made out of cloth, further testing reveals that it has properties similar to █████ grade ████ shielding aluminum foil (See experiment log █ for more information).

+ 2. Rope

The rope tied around the front bumper measures 3.33 meters long as of creating this file. Testing has shown that the rope is made out of nylon 66 while the ends are populated by a form of micro-organism (SCP-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX-1, if put in a humid medium that is occasionally sprayed with nutrient rich water, will start to slowly produce nylon 66 at a rate of 2.45 mm per hour in a spiral formation. Read Incident 01-A for an example of how SCP-XXXX attacks using the nylon 66 rope.

+ 3. Jerrycan

The Jerrycan located on the right side of SCP-XXXX is made out of 99.999% pure silver. The container has been found to contain 18 liters of human type ██ blood, produced by a similar colony of SCP-XXXX-1 (SCP-XXXX-2). Any attempts to remove SCP-XXXX-2 have been unsuccessful, as they instantly die once they are removed from the Jerrycan.

+ 4. Numbers and Letters

The various numbers and letters on SCP-XXXX are not remarkable in any way. Refer to experimental log █ for more information.

+ 5. Flag

The flag is made out of polyester with no remarkable aspects. The flag has a graphic, depicting some sort of ██████████. Nothing is known about its origin, but speculation suggests that it is the insignia for the organization related to SCP-████.

+ 6. Tubes

The tubes found in SCP-XXXX extend from the Jerry can to the engine compartment. Testing has shown that SCP-XXXX-2 transports the blood from the Jerry can to the engine compartment through the tubes. The blood is then processed by SCP-XXXX-3 located in the engine █████ to be converted into extremely flammable gasoline, used to power the vehicle. After constant monitoring, the Jerrycan on SCP-XXXX has been found to be full of the fuel created by SCP-XXXX-3 when conditions are optimal for the creation of the fuel, showing that the Jerrycan is also used to store excess fuel.

Along with SCP-XXXX-(1,2,3) variants, another colony has been detected on the driver's seat, gas pedal, and steering wheel of the vehicle (SCP-XXXX-4). This colony possesses the ability to maneuver the vehicle.

SCP-XXXX-4:

The specific instances of SCP-XXXX-4 found on the vehicle's pedals, change their mass in order to apply the required weight to move the vehicle. This instance of SCP-XXXX-4 has been seen weighing as much as 13.60 Kg and as low as 0.45 Kg (Collectively).

The instances of SCP-XXXX-4 found on the steering wheel are capable of using their weight and momentum to steer the wheel, suggesting that they posses some intelligence.

The instances of SCP-XXXX-4 found on the driver's seat are not remarkable in any way. Testing of SCP-XXXX-4 reveals that it is capable of making seats extremely comfortable by expanding and contracting in order to conform to any body type. SCP-XXXX-4 also serves as a sensing mechanism to alert SCP-XXXX when someone is sitting in the driver's seat. When the seat variant of SCP-XXXX-4 is stimulated, SCP-XXXX acts like a normal vehicle.

The aforementioned modifications have been marked safe to come in contact with. After incident 01-A, the colonies are completely harmless, except for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are fully human.
• You have murdered or attempted to murder someone.
• You are within 3 to 5 meters SCP-XXXX.
• You have seen SCP-XXXX (In person or through photography).

Currently, SCP-XXXX does not require a diet, but chooses to attack people who meet the aforementioned criteria. Reasons for this behavior are still unknown.

Subject D-XXXX enters SCP-XXXX's hangar, followed by Dr. Cass

Dr. Cass: Ok, enter the vehicle. We are going to take a test drive in SCP-XXXX.

Subject D-XXXX shudders

D-XXXX: Isn't that a regular Jeep?

SCP-XXXX turns itself on

Dr. Cass: Don't ask questions, just get in.

D-XXXX reluctantly sits in the driver's seat and Dr. Cass sits in the passenger seat.

After Dr. Cass puts his seat belt on, SCP-XXXX bounces its rear wheels up, launching Subject D-XXXX into the air.

D-XXXX: WHAT THE HELL!!!

SCP-XXXX's 3.45 meter long rope (During the event) unravels from the front bumper and violently chokes D-XXXX while keeping it held up above the ground

Dr. Cass: SCP-XXXX, STOP THAT, THIS INSTANT.

SCP-XXXX ignores the orders given to it by Dr. Cass and proceeds to violently shove subject D-XXXX into its engine compartment, effectively terminating the life of the subject.

Dr. Cass: Cut the footage!

End Notes: The previous incident was then recreated multiple times with control D-class personnel and D-class personnel that are/were involved with activities similar to subject D-XXXX, along with many other crimes. As a result, SCP-XXXX is found to be violent towards people who partake in events such as racial violence or actions considered to be Federal Crimes. Note that in all recorded cases of 01-A incidents, SCP-XXXX has not consumed subjects in any way.

Staff Present: Dr. Shemol.

Notes: Subject D-XXXX is a serial killer and has been convicted with multiple accounts of first degree murder, and hot-wiring ██ vehicles. Subject D-XXXX was given a multitude of tools in an attempt to turn the vehicle on against the SCP's will. The tools included but were not limited to a set of copper wire, a lighter, a screw driver along with a pen and a notebook to write down relevant information. The following video transcript was salvaged from a remote location in Russia. The location of this experiment is due to the potential danger caused by giving a D-class subject flammable tools and materials, and is therefore not safe to carry out near a containment facility.

Subject D-XXXX is dropped off by helicopter, next to SCP-XXXX and Dr. Shemol. Subject D-XXXX is given a set of tools in order to attempt turning SCP-XXXX on.

Dr. Shemol: Subject D-XXXX, start this vehicle, we need your skills to get back to the nearest containment facility.

Subject D-XXXX grunts and reluctantly looks at the items given to him.

D-XXXX: Well, with the tools I have, I should be able to turn it on.

Dr. Shemol steps away as to create a 3 meter distance between him and the subject.

Dr. Shemol: Good, i'll be back just in time to fix my █████████ ███.

Subject D-XXXX shrugs and sits in the drivers seat on SCP-XXXX.

While Subject D-XXXX is working on hot wiring SCP-XXXX, he tips the Jerrycan slightly, spilling some of the liquid inside onto his lighter.

D-XXXX: Damn, it's too dark in here.

Subject D-XXXX grabs the lighter and attempts to light it in order to produce some light.

End Notes: The footage was found in a 2.45 Km wide, 0.55 Km deep crater that remained in flames for weeks before extinguishing. The rest of the footage was never recovered.
