Special containment procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be contained in a five(5) meters by six(6) meters by four(4) meters humanoid containment cell with a hollow fifty(50) centimeters thick air tight sealed lead door. The cell is to only have a single 35 volt light bulb, in the centre of the room, that is to be changed every five weeks. Its diet is to be made up of three 40cm² slices of lightly cooked ██████ meat and five litres of pH 4.5 water with a 45% sucrose concentration, it is to be fed once every six hours. Four infrared CCTV cameras are to be placed in the four corners of the containment chamber and are to be under constant supervision and maintainance. When the chamber is under maintainance, every two years, SCP-xxxx is to be escorted by no less than four armed guards to a three(3) meters by three(3) meters by three(3) meters temporary containment chamber where it is to be kept under constant supervision. Only researchers with a level 3 clearance or higher may communicate or enter the subject’s containment chamber.
Update XXXX/09/12/17: Researchers are to only enter the chamber between 06:00AM and 10:00PM, additionally all CCTV cameras are to be deactivated before and after the before mentioned hours and the access point to the chamber is to be airlocked and filled with distilled water (see addendum SCP-xxxx-████)

Description: SCP-xxxx is a relatively thin male humaniod figure, it is one(1) meters and seventy(70) centimeters (5’57 inches) tall. It “wears” an olive green hooded long coat, hood up, black leather gloves, dark grey suit trousers and long black leather boots, furthermore it carries a eighteenth century oil lantern used by police men in that time period, all of which, except for the lantern, have been proven to be impossible to remove or cause significant damage to (see addendum SCP-xxxx-███3). SCP-xxxx has no face to speak of but rather a layer of unknown vanta black material. Under rare circumstances the material covering its face will split horizontally where its mouth would be, revealing an estimated seventy teeth that are from the species Charcharodon charcharias (Great Whte Shark), it will then make the motion of yawning, after which it will close the split. Multiple tests have shown that there is no trace of neither bone nor cartilage in the head of SCP-xxxx. On the “gloves” of SCP-xxxx are torn holes, directly above the lower wrist joint (Extensor Retinaculum), from which four thin cobalt coloured metalic wires hang, the wires range from twenty(20) centimeters to twenty five(25) centimeters long however SCP-xxxx changes their length frequently and at random, any forcefull contact with the wires has shown to cause pain to SCP-xxxx.

SCP-xxxx is capable of fluent communication in five different languages: English, Latin, German, French and Mandarin Chinese, each of which it uses at different random intervals (see Addendum SCP-xxxx-████-A and addendum SCP-xxxx-B). When speaking any one of these languages SCP-xxxx uses ninteenth century dialect and terminology most common with night-watch patrol police.
