Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be handled with extreme caution. Personnel containing/re-containing object should at ALL times wear ear protection, and not harm the entity as if the entity feels threatened in any way, it will became extremely hostile, and will attack by jamming it's claws in the neck of any subject or personnel. SCP-XXXX Should be contained in a steel cube with a single window. It's cell should be cleaned every day. If SCP-XXXX's cell is not cleaned frequently, it will start to get hostile, scratching and clinging to the walls of it's cube. If the entity clings to the walls, all ways into the cell should be closed off, and the window should be closed immediately. SCP-XXXX does not need food or water despite it's appearance.

Description: SCP-XXXX's origins are currently unknown. The object was first found in ████████ in a small town called ███████████ in 2001. In an incident withe the entity, 219 people died. All the victims seemed to have either deep stab wounds in their neck, or they had burst eardrums. 50 of the victims had guns of some description. There was a single cowering child at the massacre. SCP-XXXX was protecting them.

SCP-XXXX has a body like a starving male, with a ball-like head with legs like that of a male's skeleton. The entity is approximately 3 meters in height, and it is completely black. When testing, only one subject is permitted at a time, and should wear some kind of ear protection. When the entity attempts to communicate, a high pitched screeching comes out of it, anyone within a 10 meter radius of the sound without some kind of protection for their ears will have their eardrums burst and the subject will die shortly after.

If SCP-XXXX is in the presence of a child at the age of 3-11 it will try to protect them. If the child is in danger, the entity will attack the thing bringing the child harm. If the child is killed or hurt or unconscious, SCP-XXXX will go into a fit of rage and maul the thing that harmed or killed the child. If the entity is in this state, no personnel is authorized to go in it's cell until it's calmed down, the object may be in a fit of rage for a day or two.

SCP-XXXX sometimes makes strange noises from the interior of it's cube. This is considered normal, if the sounds stop for more than two weeks, tell a HMCL supervisor on duty.
