Object Class: Keter Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 10’X12’X10’ humanoid containment cell. Containment area is to be furnished with proper bedding, a bathroom. Food should be provided three (3) times daily, however meals can be suspended as punishment.

No video recording or monitoring devices are allowed within the containment cell, instead SCP-XXXX Is to be monitored via an observation window that should be manned by 2 security personnel.

When not in use by Mobile Task Force Omega-6 as one of their “Hell Hounds”, SCP-XXX is to confined to it’s containment cell. However subject may be granted limited roaming through Site-24, only with permission from Dr. Lacemaker or Captain Shuck, under armed supervision. After which subject is to given a pad down before entering holding cell. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to leave holding cell at night unless SCP-XXXX is in need of medical attention. With exception to select personnel, contact with SCP-XXXX is permitted as long as there are no less than three (3) security personnel present at all times.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male humanoid approximately 195cm in height. Though primarily biologically non-anomalous, with the exception of the head, which is that of canis lupus, or wolf, with a face composed of just the skull and two white orbs devoid of pupils acting as eyes. SCP-XXXX has been assigned a standard issue jumpsuit, along with an explosive tracking collar to be worn.
Originally brought in for his physical anomaly, SCP-XXXX possesses two (2) additional abilities. One ability is to “see through” video recording devices. Though testing (testing logs 1-3) has proven successful in demonstrating this ability, the exact means of which SCP-XXXX is able to accomplish this is still to be determined.
The second is what seems to be a form of teleportation. Subject is able to traverse unseen between different camera views, however it is not instantaneous and matches regular time it would take to travel between points. If SCP-XXXX is observed through direct eye contact before using this ability it can be nullified. This secondary anomalous ability was discovered after reviewing the footage from SCP-XXXX’s second escape attempt. (Incident log 1)

Recovery: SCP-XXXX discovered on 10/31/20██ at a convention in ████ Canada. The agent assigned to monitor for anomalies thought they had discovered an instance of SCP-3312 or a physical manifestation of SCP-1471-A. Upon attempting to apprehend to administer Class-A amnestics, agents discovered SCP-XXXX was not wearing a mask before the subject was able to escape. Subject was detained and brought to site-24 on 11/07/20██, after evading recovery teams for several days.
SCP-XXXX attempted multiple breaches of containment following apprehension. Each attempt has demonstrated that the subject has a remarkable comprehension of site-24’s layout, despite never being in the facility. Do to the amount of containment breaches, SCP-XXXX has been assigned Keter designation pending future evaluations.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX has an addiction to energy drinks and can be persuaded by offering an amount to complete tasks. Additionally despite SCP-XXXX’s appearance, subject is rather timid and polite when dealing with personnel who aren’t trying to intimidate or exert dominance. ~Dr. D. Wolfe

Addendum: SCP-XXXX is theorized to be only able to utilize it’s teleportation anomaly when not observed by direct eye contact. Containment protocol for subject has been updated to consist of direct observation monitoring.
