Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4319’s containment procedures are to be carried out precisely and swiftly, without mistake, SCP-4319 is to be. contained in a titanium vacuum sealed container 5 inches tall and 6 inches wide, if the container is larger than said size, SCP-4319 will immediately start to grow and fill the container to max amount, consuming anything inside, any contact made with SCP-4319 is not allowed, if this does occur then any and all personnel that have made contact with SCP-4319 will have to be contained and terminated using incineration.
If personnel who have touched this liquid have escaped or not contained will spread
SCP-4319 to other personnel, if they are exposed for more than 5 minutes, they will start showing the effects shown above, and if they are to get into any bodies of water, that site will have to be contained and incinerated immediately.

Description: SCP-4319 is a liquid of unknown origins stated to have the eiffect of hallucinations, Memory loss, Blood loss, and even in some cases, insanity to the point they tear themselves apart silently in a dark corner of their containment cell.
SCP-4319 has also shown signs of movement, for example if put on a table on a corner, it will move to the other corner if left there for 24 hours. SCP-4319 has also shown effects of mind control, as any personnel that are near it in a 5 feet radius of it for more than 48 hours will start to attempt setting free SCP-4319, if this behavior is shown, said personnel must be contained in a room with SCP-999 immediately otherwise they will show signs of depression and as shown above, insanity.
