Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4541-B is to be contained and interrogated about knowledge of SCP-4541-A as soon as possible.
Due to the potential XK-CLASS end of the world scenario SCP-4541-B may cause in addition to incident 4561, SCP-4541-B has been deemed too dangerous to be kept alive. GOC cooperation has also been approved. Any mention of SCP-4541-B and SCP-4541-A is to be destroyed and proper cover stories are to be released.
As of 09/10/21 testing with SCP-4541-A has been suspended indefinitely.
Description: SCP-4541-A is a universe that is approximately 9.5*1027 kilometres away from the theorized edge of our own. By analyzing Hume levels, it is theorized that SCP-4541-A separated from our universe approximately six years ago. SCP-4541-A has two very distinct properties. SCP-4541-A’s primary anomalous ability is that its history is 99.9999% (with a standard error of 0.0001%)1 similar to ours. Effectively, this means that everything that exists in this universe (governments, people, the Foundation, etc.) exist in SCP-4541-A. Furthermore, any action taken in one universe is done in the opposite universe with a delay of ± 1 second.
SCP-4541-A’s secondary anomalous ability is that matter in this universe cannot come into contact with matter from SCP-4541-A. Exotic matter colliding with baseline matter causes a breakdown of space-time which results in the destruction of local reality. Space-time breakdown occurs in a range of X^6 where X is the amount of mass that has interacted with exotic material. It is currently unknown which universe is universe prime. SCP 4541-A appears to be drifting towards our universe at an exceedingly slow pace. Both universes show no danger of colliding within the next 20,000 years.
SCP-4541-B is the designation for Robert Largon, a 20 year old male who suffers from general anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder. Due to the shared history of the universes another instance of Robert Largon exists in SCP-4541-A.
SCP-4541-B’s anomalous ability is to transfer to any place in SCP-4541-A. At the same time, the other instance of SCP-4541-B will appear in this universe (due to the mirroring effect both instances "teleport" to the same place at the same time). There is currently no explanation how SCP-4541-B is able to take matter between universes.
Discovery: SCP-4541-A was discovered when a FOUED (Foundation Outer Universal Exploration Drone) collided with an exact copy of itself.2 As a result, all matter within 8.6*109 km was instantly destroyed.
SCP-4541-B was discovered after mentions of a "teenage ghost" began to circulate around online forums and urban mythology. After research it was determined that the identity of this "ghost" was Robert Largon, who disappeared during a funeral procession on ██/██/████ and was presumed dead.
Addendum 01/02/18: On 29/01/18 contact was successfully established with the other Foundation iteration. SCP-████ and SCP-█████ were used to achieve communication with 0.1 seconds of latency.
Addendum 05/02/18: On 03/02/18 SCP-4541-B was apprehended and subsequently brought into containment for questioning on the nature of its abilities, no resistance of any kind was recorded.
Addendum 03/02/18: On 02/02/18 contact between Foundations was attempted based on a hypothesis proposed by Dr. Gerald.

Ever since we figured out how to communicate properly, SCP-4541-A has begun to accelerate at an exceedingly fast pace. That being said, we currently have some potential solutions to stopping SCP-4541-A. Currently the best solution we have is to distort the "space" between our universe's, increasing the distance drastically so that they never reach. -Dr. Gerald
Addendum: 01/06/18- 4 years, 51 days until collision: SCP-4541-B attempted to contact its family. Foundation personnel interrupted it before it was able to establish contact and cause a information breach. SCP-4541-B expressed anger and grief over this before escaping.

The work on the space distortion project has begun, that being said, we're already experiencing some problems. Our main problem stems from the fact that the "empty space" between us and SCP-4541-B appears to be resistant to any form of manipulation.
Addendum 19/06/18- 4 years, 33 days until collision: On 19/06/18 SCP-4541-B was located in Saint Petersberg, Russia. A small group of MTF operatives to subdue SCP-4541-B for interrogation was sent in. SCP-4541-B escaped, no casualties were reported.
How is it that you are incompetent of capturing him? All he can do is teleport!

Some insights have been gleamed about the nature of SCP-4541-A; however, many of them are, uncomfortable to say the least. Considering our current research and the failure of the distortion project, I am worried that our only option is to terminate SCP-4541-B. -Dr. Gerald
Addendum: 03/12/19- 3 Years, 90 days until collision: SCP 4541-B has attempted contact with its family at least six times as of now. All attempts at capture have failed.
Despite our best efforts, SCP-4541-B has continuously escaped, he's more slippery than a damn eel.

Dr. Gerald Note 27/01/20- 2 years, 40 days until collision:
Communication has ground to a halt, SCP-4541-B has escaped re-containment nine times now, at this point everyone is just yelling at each other. As for me, I am not sure what to think, if my actions are not my own, then who am I? -Dr. Gerald
Addendum: 16/02/20- 2 years, 20 days until collision: On 10/02/20 SCP-4541-B's father was struck and killed by a motor vehicle. Evidence places SCP-4541-B in Glasgow, Ireland. SCP-4541-B has been spotted near its family several times but all attempts at interaction have ceased.
Addendum: 17/02/20- 2 years, 7 days until convergence: On 16/02/20 MTF unit Red Sky with Dr. Gerald in tow was sent in to subdue SCP-4541-B. While negotiations were taking place Dr. Gerald went rogue and pulled a gun on SCP-4541-B before getting shot by an MTF unit. After this, SCP-4541-B escaped. The following video was found on Dr. Gerald's phone.
Addendum: 14/05/20- 1 year, 260 days until collision: On 13/05/20, SCP-4541-A was located in rural Texas, USA, Dr. Web attempted to reason with SCP-4541-A, the following is the transcript between Dr. Web and SCP-4541-B:
Incident 4561: 26/07/20- 1 year, 180 days until collision: On 24/07/20 SCP-4541-B was located in Alberta, Canada, as per protocol, an MTF group was send in to subdue it. An MTF operative shot at SCP-4541-B at the exact moment it was "in shift" this resulted in approximately 45g of exotic matter to materialize. A local reality failure was reported. There were approximately ███ casualties. This event has been covered up as a terrorist attack. SCP-4541-B is believed to be alive. The following is a report of the event.
Dr. Web Note 06/08/20- 1 year 5 days until collision:
It does not even matter, does it? I mean it’s been [REDACTED] since we have begun to move closer to that universe and we still have not figured out how to stop it. We can’t even communicate with the other Foundation as every time we have, we lose a month of extra time. Currently and unfortunately, our best bet is to kill SCP-4541-B considering the recent damage it has done. That being said, even if we could it him, we have no idea what could happen. For all we know, by killing it we could crash into the other universe instantly. Be it a god or a force of nature, I am fearful of what is to come.
