Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4087 is to be contained in a locked 5 m x 5 m airtight enclosure with no lights or electrical circuits, guarded by no less than three security personnel at all times. SCP-4087 is to be handled by four Class-D personnel. At all times, any persons in the enclosure must avoid looking at the entity entirely until the enclosure is vacated and locked.
It is required to interact with an SCP every 48 (forty-eight) hours.
Description: SCP-4087 is a quatroped resembling a feline, but much larger at 50 cm tall, with a head consisting of a 9 cm x 9 cm Combo Panasonic television, manufactured in [REDACTED]. The entity is black, malnourished with no sign of organ functionality. CT scans reveal 4087 has no bones or organs in her television head and her organs have malfunctioned, although 4087 possesses an high intelligence and friendly behavior. It is aware of its surroundings and able to adapt, although is blind. It does not need to breathe as it has no functional lungs or mouth, and has no heartbeat due to having a non-functional heart.
SCP-4087 cannot be looked at, or its television displays unknown qualities that [REDACTED] anyone who looks upon it. It is unknown what it shows, as the screen seems to be permanently in static. Despite this, when cross-studied with other SCPs, the other entities show positive responses to it, and go as far as being friendly or tolerant towards it, and are more positive towards personnel after visits. When humanoid entities are interviewed after their interactions with SCP-4087, they often state they enjoy talking to it. After some interactions, its proven SCP-4087 can talk through heavy static, and can understand english.
SCP-4087 is a positive, friendly, and social creature. When visited by personnel, it seems to not understand that the personnel [REDACTED] when looking at it, and tries to obtain affection from the personnel in the form of rubbing up against their legs and making loud static noises resembling standard feline vocalizations. When lacking in social interactions, SCP-4087 will become violent and hostile.
4087 possess electromagnetic abilities and can cause power outages expanding to a four mile radius if exposed to any sort of electric appliance, excluding her head, and can rewire the doors and project its static across every appliance that can display it within a four mile radius.
Addendum: SCP-4087 was found off the west coast of [REDACTED] after the police received a call after a four mile wide power outage informing them that the next door neighbors were screaming. Upon visiting, the 8 household members were discovered [REDACTED. The officers at the scene were also discovered [REDACTED] upon finding SCP-4087, at that point being when the SCP foundation was called to capture it.
