Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to have immediate accommodations when being housed at a new site, with at least 1 light source coming from an alternate source from electricity¹. When SCP-XXXX is used for testing against another anomalous object, they are to be sent immediately to their accommodations, and any electronic sources are required to be at a distance of at least 6 meters from SCP-XXXX. Depending on how the entity's anomaly has manifested, associated actions can be found by contacting a level 5 researcher. No mention of any current events are to be spoken around the entity, nor are any natural creatures (including insects and other pest creatures) allowed to be around the entity.

If SCP-XXXX-1 has sustained damage or harm to an extent that the entity bleeds, or secretes any other bodily fluids, any surfaces contacted by such fluids are to be either cleaned with high sulfur content cleaning mixtures, or destroyed in hydrochloric acid. A full damages report should be filed as well.
If provoked to an extent that violence ensues when interacting with facility personnel, SCP-XXXX is to be restrained using methods that do not involve electronic substances, preferably with minimal physical damage. When restrained, SCP-XXXX is to be put into accommodations and guarded until any signs of anger or stress have subsided. When this period is commencing², any light sources that run off of electrical current that affect the interior of SCP-XXXX's accommodations are to be switched off.

If at any time SCP-XXXX-1 breaches containment, use of electrical equipment is prohibited. No forms of electrical restraint are to be used against SCP-XXXX. When containment forces face SCP-XXXX, it is advised to reassure the SCP of where it is, and what it is doing³

SCP-XXXX-1 is allowed to be in public settings, but is to be accompanied by at least one responsible personnel with three O5's consent and clearance on the chaperone.⁴ If SCP-XXXX is found to be having an anomalous event which could either reveal the foundation, or cause significant unexplainable damage, improvised containment is approved and encouraged. In these cases, electrical devices which are receiving power of any kind should be kept at significant distance from SCP-XXXX.⁵

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a human adolescent male of vague ethnic origin, with genetic background being centralized in western Europe. SCP-XXXX-1 was a citizen of ███████ until the entity was acquired on █/██/████ and immediately put in a quarantine⁶, where the anomalous effects were found to have been first manifested under surveillance of the Foundation. Entity is 1.9 2.1 meters in height, with a current weight of 110.2 kg⁷. SCP-XXXX (when not manifesting an anomoly) has brown eyes, brown hair with pale skin tone. Entity is always in a constant state of lethargy, until manifesting an anomaly. When faced with an anomalous entity, SCP-XXXX gains a burst of sudden energy that manifests until the anomalous object is removed from the current space of SCP-XXXX, or has been subdued in a manner that deems it's anomalous effect useless by SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX has an innate ability to manifest anomalous effects that are near perfect counterparts (if not opposing) to whatever anomalous object or entity he is faced with. This ability so far has shown no effective limit nearly no limitation to effectiveness.⁸ Such examples are listed below in the experiment reports.

When the SCP is faced with points of extreme stress, it's ability has been shown to fluctuate in dangerous patterns, causing reality warping events and even altering certain points of history⁹. When events such as this occur, it is imperative that containment procedures are met to exact standards.

SCP-XXXX, when activating it's anomaly near electrical sources (most commonly electrical bulbs), has been found to have serious cardiovascular complications, of which can lead to coma, death, and subsequent activation of anomalous fluctuations. Electrical currents have been found to overstimulate the brain at dangerous levels, which show signs of what would normally be permanent damage, but SCP-XXXX has a secondary regeneration anomaly that only manifests when it is near death, showing healing speed and effectiveness that rival SCP-500.
