Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6700 is to be contained within Dimensional Area-19 within the Tongass National Forest. SCP-6700 is to be under constant camera surveillance by Stationary Task Force Templar-1 ("Decision Makers")1 and two armed personnel are to be stationed outside of the entity's containment chamber at all times. SCP-6700 is stored within an XY-2 type Heavy Containment Chamber and one armed guard is to check inside of SCP-6700's containment chamber every 12 hours (as of 11/10/2019. View Incident Report.6700.2 for more information) for unidentified instances of SCP-6700-2. If SCP-6700-2 entities are detected in the chamber, an airborne version of milkweed is applied to calm SCP-6700 to an inactive state. SCP-6700-2 instances are to then be removed and the corpses are to be incinerated (View Incident-Report.6700.3) for more information) and personnel are to not be in direct contact with expired SCP-6700-2 instances for more than five minutes at a time. D-class personnel are the only subjects that are permitted to contact expired SCP-6700-2 entities and two STF Templar-1 personnel are to oversee the incineration of the corpses to monitor the D-class Corruption2 Levels.
Verbal reasoning or commanding infected subjects who transform into SCP-6700-2 is not recommended, as it does not seem to effect them and will attract them to the subject who speaks to them. When a subject is infected and turned into an instance of SCP-6700-2, they will be loyal to SCP-6700 and forget all previous memories they contained, but will use items and tools they had when they transformed such as keycards, or weapons.
Description: SCP-6700 is a 2.1 meter tall male humanoid entity of British descent. SCP-6700 wears a crimson and black two-piece suit with a mahogany walking cane, which was confiscated on 9/12/2019 after the entity would repeatedly hit personnel with it. SCP-6700 and SCP-6799 appear to show many similarities, including sharing physical similarities as well as anomalous properties. When approached by a subject, SCP-6700 will formally greet them, addressing the subject by their last name despite no previous record of being told the subject's name or biography. SCP-6700 will then ask the subject if they wish for their darkest desire to be granted. If the subject responds with "Yes" they will be instructed to give SCP-6700 a handshake to make it final. If the subject shakes SCP-6700's hand, they are now classified as SCP-6700-2-Alpha. The subject's deepest wish will come true, even though wishes may be logistically/not physically feasible. After Experiment-Log.6700.2 occurred, no D-class subjects are permitted to interact with SCP-6700.
When subjects are within a five meter radius of SCP-6700, they will hear quiet whispering that increases in volume the longer the subject is in contact with the entity. It has been theorized that subjects are made more easily susceptible to submit to SCP-6700's manipulative personality and making a deal with the entity (Pending investigation to confirm).
