It only appears when thunder sounds at the first second of midnight for 3 hours. When its gone theres no trace, but it ends up where it was when it vanished
It can simply be contained in a concrete cell with locking doors, as it simply doesn't try to escape
It stands approximately 9 foot 7 inches. It has no arms, but has lanky legs like a horse and hooves.
Its skin is a pale slimy eel type texture.
It has no eyes, just these glands that open up and revel flesh.
It can see with those but its not thermal or anything like that. It can only see life that is semi intelligent to intelligent
It sits in the corner shaking constantly, until someone enters its cell it can't eat as it has no mouth, it dont breath it has no nose, the only opening is the glands where its eyes should be.
Its telepathic it does not harm you itself, but if it feels emotion from you. It convinces you to kill yourself in the most brutal and painful way, it dont control you because you do it from free will.
