MCF Alpha-11 "Speed Runners" is a Containment Force specialized in humanoid or safe entities.They prefer Boeing–Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche,a stealthy recon helicopter to find their targets,and then send in the Kamov Ka-50s to do the actual re-containing.They use many new technologies such as tear gas,and flash bangs to "neutralize" humanoid entities and make them easier for capture.The preferred weapon of this MCF is the AR-10,considered to be one of the best combat rifles there is.Due to the significant decrease in their production,a different alternative might be found.They employ fast,grab-and-go tactics to capture objects and "neutralize" humanoid objects and entities before snatching them with lightning-quick speed.Not much is known about the origins of this MCF,but it is heavily tied with that of the MTF. The MTF is kind of like a big brother to the MCF,called in when under heavy fire that MCF operatives cannot or are ill-equipped to handle.
They keep direct contact with several MTF,such as Nu-7 "Hammer Down" and Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox",and on very rare occasions Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand".It is not uncommon for an MTF to be called into duty during a containment mission.This is why their dispatchers should be on high alert for incoming messages from the SCT,and prepared to dispatch a unit as soon as possible.
They have assisted in containment of objects [REDACTED],[REDACTED],and [REDACTED].Many of the entities react violently,but MUST be neutralized.The SCT is called in when neutralization is still an option.
They are equipped with gas masks,military-grade equipment,and medium bulletproof armor.They use voice-changers,silencers,and if necessary [REDACTED].They are one of the most efficient SCTs there are.They have succeeded [REDACTED] times,and failed [REDACTED] times.While getting into this SCT is a huge achievement,it is a one-way path,and will not allow them to join an MTF later on in their life.In their years of operation,only [REDACTED] members have been lost,with [REDACTED] having been honorably retired or transferred on request of the 05 council to an MTF,SD,or different MCF.
Their nickname,"Speed Runners" was given to them due to their reputation for being extremely fast,secretive,and efficient on their missions.They are favored by many of their higher-ups,and are led by Head Operations Director "Shark" otherwise known as Agent Perez.
One of their few Detachments is the EOD. The Elite Operations Detachment.They usually do most of the fighting,gassing,and let the other team members and pilots go in for the capture,similar to bodyguards.This Detachment is also on strict orders to kill any civilian attempting to escape after witnessing an SCP during a grab-and-go mission,unless ordered not to by an 05 council member.They are usually closed to not skilled at all at containing,but one of the best fighters the Foundation has.
