Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9524 must be kept in a locked container 95 metres below the ground with tungsten walls and absolutely no exposed cameras inside the chamber all the time. SCP-9524 will be kept in Heavy Containment chamber and can only be accessed with a Overseer Clearance, If under any circumstances that people have to enter the room, SCP-9524 should be kept in a temporary locked container. No less than 5 people can enter and 2 guards must be monitoring the chamber if Class-D has to go for testing. SCP-9524 containment is to be kept extremely strict and a guard should be watching the container through a special kind of glass that has 10 layers. During testing, Class-D personnel must have a electromagnetic gun to protect themselves if something goes wrong.
Description: SCP-9524 is roughly 3.2 meters in height and 34 centimeters in width. SCP-9524 is magnetic and can be stopped by using electromagnetic forces. If SCP-9524 escapes it's containment chamber, Mobile task force will be sent to use electromagnetic guns and drag SCP-9524 back to its chamber. If someone goes near SCP-9524, SCP-9524 will kill by using its razor-sharp claws. If not held with electromagnetic forces and is allowed to roam around the chamber, SCP-9524 will reproduce very rapidly and will be named as SCP-9524-1 etc. SCP-9524 sees the world in thermal vision considering the fact that it has thermal receptors along the sides of its face. SCP-9524 walks at the speed of 14 Kilometres Per Hour and runs at the speed of 26.3 Kilometres Per Hour. SCP-9524 when tackling its victims, moves at a breackneck speed of 49.6 kilometres per hour. All individuals let it be Class-D must be equipped with a electromagnetic gun to defend themselves at all times. SCP-9524 has also been shown to escape containment easily whenever it wants to and try to break the last chain of SCP-2317-K, Research shows that SCP-9524 tries to breach SCP-2317-K so that they both can combine their powers and destroy reality, The reason for this is unknown but there has been a DNA match between SCP-2317-K and SCP-9524.
Emergency Procedures: In the event containment breach, Mobile Task Force will be sent with electromagnetic guns and will drag SCP-9524 back to its chamber, If this operation fails and Mobile Task Force gets eaten, Stronger electromagnetic guns which are robot-operated will drag SCP-9524 into its chamber, If SCP-9524 escapes during a power outage, Chaos insurgency will be immediately sent and will carry battery operated electromagnetic guns. Chaos Insurgency are requested to keep the electromagnetic guns charging all the time and taken out when in real need. SCP-2317 has to be guarded heavily during a SCP-9524 containment breach
Addendum 1:
The event zone of SCP-9524 is the area in which SCP-9524 can cause irreversible damage to a individual. The event zone of SCP-9524 varies in certain areas but in the containment chamber, It is approximately 12.4 metres. The maximum range of the event zone of SCP-9524 is calculated to be 15.8 metres and individuals are advised to always stay 20 metres away from SCP-9524. If a individual goes within the event zone, Fatal and irreversible damage will occur.
Addendum 2, The discovery:
SCP-9524 was discovered during a rescue operation to get stranded Class-D who got lost during hurricane ARDS at [REDACTED], United States of America. When the team found the base they were hiding in, They found nothing but their decapitated limbs and some bones. However Agent ██████ has accidentaly brought a metal detector to get some metals hidden in the hill. SCP-9524 seems to have a reaction to magnetic forces and was held with. After that they went back and brought SCP-9524 to its cell in the heavy containment chamber.
