Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4365 is to be kept on it’s pedestal inside a 3 m x 3 m x 3 m container at all times. Every other day no more than 2 personnel must enter SCP-4365's container for cleaning and making sure that SCP-4365 is on it's pedestal. Personnel must wear any sort of protective gloves while inside the container. Once the container is cleaned and SCP-4365 is on its pedestal then personnel may leave. If SCP-4365 is found vacant from it's container when personnel are cleaning it from a hold in the container's walls or other means then they must find it and re contain it as soon as possible
Description: SCP-4365 is a a statue of a rat with 22 centimeters in height made from quartz and concrete. SCP-4365 is animate and hostile however it cannot move when it senses any humanoid being nearby. If SCP-4365 is being touched or carried by personnel it will release a substance that will cut into the personnel's hands and will slowly tear their bodies from the inside out, the substance will not enter the body from anywhere else, this can be avoided by wearing any sort of protective gloves. When SCP-4365 is a certain distance away from its pedestal approximately 4.3 m it will turn fully hostile and will attack by aggressively biting the feet of it's victims.
Personnel have reported hearing very quick and loud stepping coming inside the container. This is
considered normal unless it is heard from the observation room next to SCP-4365's container if it is heard from the observation room. It is advised to initiate cleaning procedures to make sure that SCP-4365 isn't trying to escape it's container.
