Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4051 is to be contained within a 50x50 titanium reformatory in Site-02, under no circumstances should there be any item, tool and/or object within said reformatory. The reformatory's inner walls and outer must be covered in Noise cancelling padding. Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" and Theta-1 "Phantoms" are appointed to SCP-4051 and are to monitor the reformatory's perimeter established near Barrow, Alaska, unless commanded otherwise through Personnel holding the classification of Level-6 and/or directly from the command of Site-01. Alpha-1 and Theta-1 operatives appointed to the location of SCP-4051 must be made acquainted that there is no activity, thing and/or object within the area. The Reformatory under any circumstances may NOT
possess any type of speaker and or PA system therefore Personnel in bound are under all circumstances limited to their standard issue on-hand radio which must be kept at low volume.
Description: SCP-4051 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2 meters in height or 6.56 foot. SCP-4051 reflects a dark substance and is presumably considered to be covered in completely dark matter with preliminary analysis of the body reveals no existing organs, bones and or mass/tissue.
SCP-4051 is observed to possess ability of speech in 6,500 languages equivalent to all languages currently spoken by individuals in Earth however coming from SCP-4051 it does not seem to effect his distaste towards sound organised by others - Despite not having any type of viewable face it is presumed SCP-4051 outputs his speech from his entire body at a rate of 70 decibels. SCP-4051 has been observed in 13 occasions speaking of past incidents and crimes committed by Humanity up and not limited to the 1939 and previous/historic events of many Empires (Roman Empire, English Civil Wars etc), every word spoken by SCP-4051 is reflected in 5 different languages…Most commonly used: Latin, Cantonese, French, English and German see (Speech-Log 4051-1).
SCP-4051 is usually extremely acquiescent with standard issue surveillance camera "Super-sight 4K sensor, Enhanced Night Vision" attached to the corner of SCP-4051's reformatory. When any sound at any volume or music is played in a distance of roughly 30 meters from SCP-4051 for approx. 20 seconds SCP-4051 enters a state of affliction in which all objects, items etc will begin to shake incoherently and self-destruct leaving absolutely no traces.
Current authorised study of SCP-4051 suggests ZK class scenario capabilities - allowing the Humanoid abilities to shake, bend and taunt reality into multiple shapes and in theory cripple and or destroy said reality. Other observed abilities of SCP-4051 is telekinesis, matter manipulation, time manipulation, sound and gravity manipulation and reality manipulation.
Documented theses put forward by the Scientific Department directorate states SCP-4051 is capable of way more than what has been currently theorised or witnessed and is suggested to have abilities of endless proportions up and not limited to possible omnipotence.
