Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1121 is to be placed upon the walls of any room where only personnel of clearance level 3 and higher. Description: SCP-1121 is a 610 × 914mm sentient2 sized propaganda poster. Dating from the early 1940s, the poster displays a caricature of Uncle Sam attacking what appears to be a Japanese man, the poster, after examination, now displays Uncle Sam attacking what appears to be Soviet Soldiers.
Should Scp-1121 be turned around, the back of the poster simply shows what appears to be written in black marker;"There will be no mercy to the Japanese." Should anyone write on the back of Scp-1121, the words will change to respond to the new writer. After Experiment X-12, it was found that SCP-1121 can also change depictions based upon who it believes the United States of America is at war with.

Red(writing): Hello, is there someone there?
*The ink rest for 20 seconds, then the marker writing disappears. 10 seconds later, a response is written in large black marks*
