Individual has severe depression, social anxiety, bouts of being in a catatonic state, and an extreme fear of space and very advanced technology (Modern computers, smartphones, many foundation equipment). Can communicate in Tatar, Mongolic, and old Slavic languages, unknown when individual learned them. Containment simply requires the individual too be left to continue wandering the steppes with foundation personnel ready to assist and protect the entity when needed.
