Description:
SCP:000-R is a humanoid who's appearance occasionally shifts. There are two standard appearance whenever appearing at a foundation site and will alert at least one person in the room that it is about shift its appearance2. SCP:000-R always carries a tablet (classified as SCP-4367-R/T) that is not to be attempted to be taken away from them under any circumstances

SCP:000-R is very reasonable and allows researchers to conduct tests on it so long as they don't require it to release its tablet during said tests. SCP:000-R makes occasional requests to meet with as well as interact with other SCP objects
When DNA Samples were taken all tests were conclusive that SCP:000-R has DNA identical to that of a Bubo scandiacus3.

the hume level of SCP:000-R is constantly fluctuating whether or not this is due to it shifting its appearance, its tablet, or something another unknown factor.

SCP-4367-R/T is a "tablet" belonging to SCP:000-R that SCP:000-R always carries on them.
SCP-4367-R/T is of an indistinguishably brand but appears to be the approximate size of a Kindle Fire.
