Good morning/afternoon, sirs/madams.
I am Site Director Emmett Ridgeway, stationed Site-19, clearance level 4. I am writing this to propose
a new Mobile Task Force to be implemented in the near future. I hope you will approve this proposal,
but I understand if you decide not to.
I will not waste any more time, I am sure that you are very busy fellows. I suggest implementing a
new Mobile Task Force, "Mobile Task Force Sigma-6, 'Out Of This World'". They will be specialized in
handling anomalies that are located in outer space, or just anomalies that are not located on planet
Earth. Our R&D team, if we have one, I suggest, should develop weaponry that would be well-suited for
a zero-g/low gravity environment, and equipment that would better benefit the operatives. As for the operatives themselves, they would be trained to handle themselves in aforementioned environment,
and would be trained to communicate effectively in stressful and hazardous situations.
All suggestions aside, this proposal may or may not involve a large amount of funds, as transporting
the operatives into outer space will prove difficult, and space shuttle or rocket designs must prove
effective and must not suffer much wear and tear. Researching how to build an effective rocket is a
grueling task on its own, let alone build it.
I urge you to consider this proposal, as, so far, I have not seen any Mobile Task Force that is handled
to contain anomalies in outer space, but, if I missed anything, please refer me to said document so I
can rewrite my proposal or write up another. Forgive my informal English, sirs/madams, I wrote this in a hurry.
