Description: SCP-4646 is an unidentified species of aquatic creature With abnormally large fins that bares a close resemblance of the blue ribbon eel (Rhinomuraena quaesita).
SCP-4646 is seemingly capable of moving through clouds at speeds of over 800 mph by unknown means. SCP-4646 is assumed to also be capable of filtering water through its gills from within the clouds. it remains in question if it actually respires at all.
SCP-4646 has been seen changing in size from 10.6 cm to 2 feet. SCP-4646 was discovered in Zeeland, Michigan Over Lake Michigan in a large storm.
