Item #: SCP-XXXX
Threat Level: Yellow ●
Object Class: Safe/Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX and it's surroundings is to be constantly monitored. Any civilians found to be near SCP-XXXX are to be escorted out. Due to the isolated location of SCP-XXXX, no other containment procedures are necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to the structure located within a 1.5 km² area of land located in ██████, Arizona. The area SCP-XXXX is located in and it's near surroundings is at a consistent temperature of -2°C. There are no establishments or populations located within 82 kilometers of SCP-XXXX, with the exceptions of the buildings and corridors located in SCP-XXXX. The exterior and interior of the aforementioned structures are heavily damaged and worn down from natural causes such as weathering and decomposition.
SCP-XXXX is a collection of various buildings and housing that are all connected with an extremely large amount of passageways. The interiors of SCP-XXXX are plain and there appears to be very little furnishing in most rooms within the building. The floors of SCP-XXXX are tiled and composed of ceramic material. As of 8/18/19██, there are a total of 34 recorded rooms and 928 corridors. Due to the various amount of corridors, the interiors of SCP-XXXX appear to be maze-like.
The air inside of SCP-XXXX (Now referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) is abnormal, having a 78.09% composition of an unknown gas replacing what would normally be nitrogen. It reportedly smells extremely similar to Carrion flowers. SCP-XXXX-1 can only manifest inside of SCP-XXXX, and despite there being open windows and openings within SCP-XXXX's buildings, there are no traces of SCP-XXXX-1 outside of the buildings. As of date, all attempts at removing samples of SCP-XXXX-1 have been met with failure, as it dematerializes completely after being taken out of SCP-XXXX. Breathing in SCP-XXXX-1 or exposing bare skin to it causes a variety side-effects. There are several recorded symptoms, including:
- Vomiting
- Blisters
- Rashes
- Seizures
- Muscle spasms
- Lack of saliva production
- Corrosion of lungs
- Radiation poisoning
- Quantities of dirt, grass, glass, and other debris appearing within the afflicted bodies
- Paralysis
- [DATA EXPUNGED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SITE ADMINISTRATOR FOR MORE INFORMATION]
Discovery: On 7/20/19██, a routine state-wide sweep revealed that SCP-XXXX had appeared on what was previously empty land. Foundation agents could not gather any information about how SCP-XXXX had appeared or who had built it.
Various specimens inhabit SCP-XXXX (Now referred to as SCP-XXXX-2-A to D). These specimens are anomalous and roam SCP-XXXX. Listed is a catalog of files describing SCP-XXXX-2.
Item: SCP-XXXX-2-A
Threat Level: Yellow ●
Description: SCP-XXXX-2-A is a bipedal creature measuring at roughly 1 meter in height and seems to resembles a common Chiroptera. SCP-XXXX-2-A has wing-like appendages attached to it, however, it has not been observed to use them. Various contradictory statements of the entity have been made. Generally, SCP-XXXX-2-A has been reported to have dark green. However, different statements of SCP-XXXX-2-A has been accounted for. SCP-XXXX-2-A has been reported to have red fur, brown fur, and a skin-like surface as well. It is not known if SCP-XXXX-2-A is changing its appearance purposefully.
SCP-XXXX-2-A is normally docile and roams SCP-XXXX passively. If any aggressive action is directed towards SCP-XXXX-2-A, it will make no attempt to defend itself or retreat. However, any skin-to-skin contact with SCP-XXXX-2-A will result in an accelerated heartbeat as well as an alarming rate of blood loss.
Previously healed wound opens up after coming into contact with SCP-XXXX-2-A
Subjects that come into physical contact with SCP-XXXX-2-A have been observed to bleed from closed wounds, vomit blood, and experience lower than usual counts of white blood cells. Subjects that come into contact with SCP-XXXX-2-A has been met with an 82% death rate. It should be noted that SCP-XXXX-2-A does not react or deviate from regular behavior during this process.
Item: SCP-XXXX-2-B
Threat Level: Green ●
Description: SCP-XXXX-2-B appears to be a humanoid statue with a make of wooden materials and measures at a height of 1.7 meters. SCP-XXXX-2-B has been observed to act erratically, often spontaneously running into walls and walking in circles for several minutes at a time. If a person walks into SCP-XXXX-2-B's line of sight, it will begin to follow the subject. SCP-XXXX-2-B does not attempt to interact with anyone that it follows and efforts at communicating or harming SCP-XXXX-2-B has been met with failure.
SCP-XXXX-2-B will continue to follow the subject until the afflicted personnel leaves SCP-XXXX or a distance of 20 meters separates the subject and SCP-XXXX-2-B. Due to exhibiting no signs of intelligence or self-awareness, SCP-XXXX-2-B is not considered sentient.
Item: SCP-XXXX-2-C
Threat Level: Orange ●
Description: SCP-XXXX-2-C is a highly aggressive and seemingly immortal mammal. Whilst it apparently does not understand any form of language, it has been observed to attempt communication at times. SCP-XXXX-2-C will attempt to attack most forms of life that it encounters, including other instances of SCP-XXXX-2. Based off of gathered tissue samples, it has been found that SCP-XXXX-2-C is a common domesticated pig.
SCP-XXXX-2-C's main anomalous properties manifest when it has been neutralized or becomes deceased. At any point in time within 3 hours of SCP-XXXX-2's death, SCP-XXXX-2-C's carcass will begin to regenerate lost tissue matter and will, for lack of a better term, be resurrected. There has been no observable limit to these abilities
SCP-XXXX-2-C's methods of assault include biting and tackling the subject(s), and has been observed to be able to move at a speed of ██ km/s. Whilst SCP-XXXX-2-C exhibits high resistance to pain and lacerations, it can still be terminated via normally lethal wounds, such as brain injury and bleeding out.
Item: SCP-XXXX-2-D
Threat Level: Blue ●
Description: SCP-XXXX-2-D is a downscaled skeleton of a Sri Lankan Elephant. SCP-XXXX-2-D's body measures roughly 1.5 meters in length and 0.5 meters in width. The weight of SCP-XXXX-2-D is estimated to be around 40kg. SCP-XXXX-2-D is highly intelligent and is capable of telepathic communication with any personnel that comes into contact with it.
SCP-XXXX-2-D inhabits the basement of SCP-XXXX and rarely exhibits any movement aside from occasionally moving towards subjects that it comes into contact with. Communication with SCP-XXXX-2-D initiates by directly observing it. At this point, SCP-XXXX-2-D will begin to interact and converse with the subject telepathically.
Personnel has reported feeling a heightened sense of paranoia and unease while in contact with SCP-XXXX-2-D. This effect will grow more severe the longer the subject stays in contact with SCP-XXXX-2-D. Foundation personnel have been able to obtain information about the history of SCP-XXXX and its inhabitants by conversing with SCP-XXXX-2-D (See Interview Log XXXX.D).
SCP-XXXX-2-D has shown no signs of aggressive behavior towards Foundation personnel and has been compliant, albeit somewhat hesitant with questioning.
All instances of SCP-XXXX-2-A to D have been observed to be hesitant to leave SCP-XXXX and will often ignore any persons outside of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2-D has stated that this is due to the fact that upon leaving SCP-XXXX, specimens SCP-XXXX-2-A to D will begin to feel immense pain.
NOTICE FROM THE FOUNDATION SECURITY DEPARTMENT
Due to new information coming to light about the threat of SCP-XXXX-1, all subsequent
explorations are to be handled solely by MTF Beta-7 ("Maz Hatters").
Exploration of SCP-XXXX has been conducted several times. Personnel with level 2 clearance or above may refer to the following documents for transcripts of exploration logs & interviews.
The following log records the exploration attempt by Agent ████. It should be noted that the exploration attempt had been unauthorized and happened at a time where there was minimal knowledge about SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1.
0:00:01 Agent ████ is seen holding the camera towards himself. He appears to be wearing the standard Foundation Guard uniform along with a gas mask.
0:00:04 Agent ████: They will see. All of em will see. I'm gonna be a fucking hero after this.
0:00:15 Agent ████ attaches the camera to his head. Agent ████ then immediately enters SCP-XXXX.
0:00:23 Agent ████: Jesus christ this place stinks. I can smell it even through the mask.
For the next 15 minutes, Agent ████ explores SCP-XXXX. Agent ████ provides no commentary aside from complaining about feeling itchy and the smell of SCP-XXXX-1.
0:15:39 Agent ████: I'm not finding anything in here. Maybe I should have just left this shit to the other guys.
0:15:45 Agent ████ walks a few steps before coughing violently.
0:16:00 Agent ████: Damn, what's going on with me today? I think I feel a Charley horse coming along. I gotta get out of here.

Z3-1: Alright, mic checks.
Z3-2: Check.
Z3-3: Check.
Z3-4: Check.
Z3-1: Great. Command, we are clear to go.
Command: Roger, head on in.
The team moves into SCP-XXXX's main entrance. Soon afterwards, they are greeted by 2 separate hallways.
Z3-3: Separating passageways huh? Should we split up?
Command: Negative, we don't know what this place holds. Stick together.
Z3-1: Affirmative. We will take the left hallway.
//Approximately 18 minutes pass. The selected hallway shows no signs of an end or any connected rooms. //
Z3-2: There doesn't seem to be anything here. Maybe it's an endless hallway?
Z3-1: Possibly. Let's keep going for a bit. If nothing shows soon, we can head back.
Z3-4: Hey guys, I think the weird gas thing that's in this place is starting to get to me. I feel pretty itchy and I'm starting to get the shakes.
Z3-1: In that case, let's just head back now. Command, prepare a medical station outside. Repeat, prepare a medical station outside.
Command: Roger that. Keep an eye on Z3-4.
