Special Containment procedures: SCP-5000 is to be maintained in a special underground city about the size of ███ ████. The underground city will have just over 7 million people inhabiting it. Every 10 years inhabitants of the city shall be replaced by new willing volunteers. if at anytime there are not enough volunteers to inhabit the city, the difference of people will stay if willing. Food and water will be provided to the inhabitants, at the end of their 10 year stay they will get paid $███ a day for their troubles.

Due to SCP-5000 being able to teleport, the foundation has tricked it into thinking that it lives its days in its home town of ███ ████. SCP-5000 needs no other care than to make it feel like itself. Because of this multiple areas of the fake city have been made to look like a war zone. including war planes flying high above and tanks on the ground. These war zones mimic what a World War III would look like. By mimicing these real effects the object feels useful and sees no need to teleport away because it feels needed. If the object does somehow teleport out of the city the retrieval procedure will be put into effect. This procedure will be listed at the bottom.

Description: SCP-5000 is a sentient aircraft taking the model of a Lockheed AC-130, the object is equipped with one L60 Bofors 40mm cannon, one 105mm M102 Howitzer, and a single 25mm GAU-12 Equalizer cannon. The object at times can be very gullible but is quick to anger and is able to level entire buildings in a single sweep when it is angry. Even though SCP-5000 is sentient it can still be disabled by EMP's. Inside of SCP-5000 are holograms that it creates of pilots flying and gunman operating the cannons. For some reason that no researcher has been able to figure out SCP-5000 is able to supply itself with unlimited ammo. We have watched SCP-5000 come back from the war zones without tail fins and without a cockpit at all, in a matter of hours the object was fully restored, showing a very quick healing factor. Scientists have tried to replicate the healing factor but came up with nothing. Because of this factor if the object is shot down and only a little chunk of it survives it can still heal to its full self.

There are two good ways to capture SCP-5000

1. When SCP-5000 breaches containment the simplest way to get it back into its facility is to set off an EMP large enough to take out the world, That way no one will know what is going on unless they watch, but even then they can't post anything online. The EMP will last long enough to get SCP-5000 back into ███████ ███, Canada.
2. Another, more bothersome way to get SCP-5000 back into containment is to blow up the object and gather one of the pieces that is growing back already. Then transport the piece back to █████ ███, Canada and set it onto the runway of fake ███ ████ for when it grows back it will think its in the real world. This version is more useful when you are closer to █████ ███, Canada.
