Special Containment Procedures:
SCP- 4850 must be kept in a soundproof cell. Any attempt to speak to it should NOT be done directly to it. Instead, he should be spoken to over intercom or over the phone. SCP- 4850 should be fed regular cafeteria food. Anyone who feeds it must wear earplugs. The SCP is capable of taking care of it self and has been given a bathroom.
Description:
SCP- 4850 is not hostile. He is a human male who at first seems to have a multiple personality disorder. It was apprehended while trying to scam mall walkers out of money and evaded capture several times before being arrested by a deaf police officer. He was originally D-class but its file was converted to an SCP after its peculiar interaction with SCP- 682, who was talked out of killing him, despite SCP- 682's usual hostile nature.
On one side is a man who calls himself Hank Marshall Green. Hank has anxiety and a stutter. It speaks English.
On the other side is the voice.
The voice has an omnipotent mind and enjoys tormenting whoever it is speaking to. Whenever Hank is speaking to a person directly, usually someone he wants to help him, the voice takes over with Hank's goals in mind. It is incredibly persuasive and confident, in contrast to Hank. Speaking to it is not recommended unless an experiment is underway.
It works best when speaking one-on-one and struggles to realize the consequences of its lies. The voice cannot see the future, and will not when there is no reason to.
Interactions with it have resulted in several suicides and unwarranted marriage counseling for Dr. ████.

SCP- 4850: Not well, ██████. I've committed no crime, and yet I'm held in this prison next to all the monsters. The same monsters that hunger for your ██ blood. The same monsters who kill all your friends. And then there's all the SCP's. You know quite a bit about monsters, don't you, ██████? Just last month you were one of them, with the killing of dear ████████ and your little daughter. You've heard about what happens to child killers in prison, haven't you, ██████?
D- 563: I… don't know what you're talking about.
SCP- 4850: Really, cause that's not what ████ has been going on about. He's been planning your end.
D- 563: (visibly fearful) ████ would never do that. We've been closer than brothers since we got here.
SCP- 4850: Then you have no idea how a gang initiation works.

Closing Statement: D- 563 was later murdered in what can only be concluded to be the result of gang related activity. Every gang member has since been terminated.

D- 567 suddenly looks very uncomfortable.
D- 567: I'm here to ask you some questions. Please answer them as truthfully as you can, otherwise you will be punished for insubordination.
SCP- 4850: Ask away.
D- 567: What is the speed of light? What is the name of Dr. █████'s mother? What is the Pythagorean Theorem?
SCP- 4850: The speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second. Dr. █████'s mother is named Miriam. The Pythagorean Theorem is c squared equals a squared plus b squared.
Dr. █████: Please leave the room, D-567. SCP- 4850, what time is it?
SCP- 4850: The… afternoon.
Dr. █████: Incorrect. SCP- 4850, you were arrested for attempting to scam old ladies. What were their names?
SCP- 4850: Uh… Doris, Ele-Dr. █████: Incorrect.
SCP- 4850 is tased for insubordination.
