All instances of SCP-65502 have vaguely humanoid, deformed heads with crescent shaped holes for ears, nearly spherical, black eyes about 60 mm in diameter, a crescent shaped hole for a mouth, resembling a frown and a large bump on their foreheads, as well as another bump on the top of their heads, separated by a slit. Besides that, their anatomy resembles that of a fair-skinned, pubescent male in his early 30s. Moreover, SCP-65502 wears a black T-shirt, blue jeans, Fruit Of The LoomⓇ underwear and black NikeⓇ sneakers.
