Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5314 is held in a reinforced version of a standard containment unit SCP-5314 is always to wear a shock collar and a patch over it's left eye the walls and all objects in the continment unit are to be replaced
Description: SCP-5314 is a human male of american decent aged around 17 to 18 years old with messy red hair, his right eye is blue and his left eye is Pitch Black and he is to wear an eye patch over it at all times. Whenever the eye patch is removed SCP-5314 will go into a rage state and will attempt to kill any staff that it sees until another eye patch is covered again the SCP-5314 will return to a docile state in witch he acts like an average 17 year old boy
Every 48 hours SCP-5314 is to be restrained to his bed and his eye patch is to be replaced [Paragraphs explaining the description]
