Special Containment Procedures: Each instance of SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a separate 4 m x 4 m room, with one-way glass viewing the room. Two (2) motions sensors are to be placed inside all containment chambers. A minimum of two (2) guards following appropriate religious faiths are to guard the chambers at all times. At no point should any two instances of SCP-XXXX be contained in the same chamber. SCP-XXXX may be moved with supervision of at least one (1) Level 4 personnel. At no point should SCP-XXXX be exposed to the outdoors unless sealed in an air-tight container (See incident XXXXa)
Description: SCP-XXXX are paintings that depict three merged faces of a religious prophet, God, or Goddess of varying religions, with each face depicting a different emotion. Each painting has a hand written label that is intelligible by any subject, regardless of their native language. Any attempt to photograph or video record SCP-XXXX will result in heavily distorted video feed or pictures.
SCP-XXXX’s anomalous properties begin when subjects are within six to eight meters for a minimum of five minutes to a maximum of sixty minutes. Any person entering the aforementioned vicinity of SCP-XXXX will immediately feel as if the painting is watching them, with each feeling a different level of comfort or discomfort. Subjects following the appropriate faith and have proven dedicated to the depicted religion have described feeling a sense of awe, hope, and happiness. On the contrary, subjects who lack faith will feel a sense of impending doom, anger, sadness, and may experience auditory or visual hallucinations.
Ceremonies or rituals must be held for SCP-XXXX annually and should be overseen by appropriate religious figures. Execution of ceremonies or rituals need to be perfect in order to not trigger SCP-XXXX active anomalous properties. Any damage, intentional or otherwise accidental, will result in any instance of SCP-XXXX to dematerialize and recreate itself at a separate location within 10m to [REDACTED]. Instances will tend to recreate themselves in areas that have high faith.
