Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in storage vault 12 accessible to all staff level 2 or higher. If an instance of SCP-XXXX is found outside foundation control it is to be taken to storage locker 18 for further examination. If an individual outside the foundation is found in possession of SCP-XXXX or information about SCP-XXXX they are administer class-A amnesics. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in storage vault 2 under heavy guard at all time. Only staff with level 5 command may enter and view SCP-XXXX. After researcher have finished with their task involving SCP-XXXX they are to be administer class-B amnesics. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to leave storage vault 2 for any reason. If it is believed an individual outside of the foundation created an instance of SCP-XXXX they are to be administer class-A amnesics after addendum XXXX-03 the individual is to be terminated immediately.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a complex set of gears that upon turning will propel themselves indefinitely. After activation SCP-XXXX will produce █ YWh without further input. Duplicates of SCP-XXXX can be created even without knowledge of SCP-XXXX. Instances of SCP-XXXX may be constructed larger or smaller than the original. The smallest known size for an instance was within a 3ft cube. The size of the instance dictates the amount of energy produced. An instance of SCP-XXXX is being used to power site ██ and recommendation are being made for other instances to power other sites. After Incident Log XXXX-01 all instances of SCP-XXXX are to be destroyed on sight.

All further observation are based off of a single instance of SCP-XXXX from Incident Log XXXX-01 and is subject to change upon further testing.

The instant an instance of SCP-XXXX is activated it creates 3 anomalous fields expanding at different rates. If the instance is deactivated within 24 hours the fields will reset (henceforth referred to as SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-B, and SCP-XXXX-C.)

SCP-XXXX-A expands from SCP-XXXX at an estimated 5ft every day until it reaches its limit of ██mi. While inside SCP-XXXX-A time fluctuates relative to the distance from SCP-XXXX. The closer a subject is to SCP-XXXX the slower they experience time. The effects of SCP-XXXX-A will become more severe until it has reached 4 Km, at which point time flow will cease inside SCP-XXXX.
Upon activation of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-B immediately expands to 4 Km and decreases the gravity by 0.05 M/s2 every 12 hours. This effect will continue until SCP-XXXX-B has completely nullified gravity.

It is unknown whether SCP-XXXX-C is a separate field or an extension of SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B but until sufficient evident is revealed, it will be classified as SCP-XXXX-C. SCP-XXXX-C begins to manifest after SCP-XXXX has been active for a month. It has been described a “A black nothingness” by observers and any attempt to scan SCP-XXXX-C have failed. If any matter comes into contact with SCP-XXXX-C it will immediately dissipate. Research indicates it is caused by SCP-XXXX-C removing the nuclear bonds between atoms effectively destroying anything it come into contact with. After manifestation SCP-XXXX-C will expand at a rate of 1 mph until reaching 4 miles If SCP-XXXX-C is sighted an immediate evacuation of surrounding 4 Miles is required.

Preface: SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-B, and SCP-XXXX-C were unknown until Incident Log XXXX-01

02/07: An instance of SCP-XXXX (henceforth referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) is installed as a backup in case of main power failure of site ██

04/05: Request is send to o5 command to allow the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 to power non-vital part of the facility.

04/08: Request Approved

04/23: The anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are noticed by staff and recorded on file but is not immediately attributed to SCP-XXXX-1

05/15: SCP-XXXX-1 is discovered to be the source of the anomalous effects and an attempt is made to deactivate SCP-XXXX-1 but the expansion of SCP-XXXX-C made it impossible to stop

05/16: After further testing Site ██ was evacuated and all SCP were moved to neighboring sites

05/17: Many attempt were made to halt SCP-XXXX-1 progress while SCP-XXXX file was revised

07/16: All attempts fail

07/17: The radius has ceased expanding and is staying at a constant radius of ██ miles

Addendum XXXX-01: Blueprints for SCP-3285 were discovered after Dr.████ was found deceased from unknown causes. SCP-XXXX was later constructed and classified after the █ YWh were revealed to be indefinite. Blueprints were destroyed after incident log XXXX-01.

Addendum XXXX-02:
02/15/2009 Dr. Ackerman sent a request to o5 command to upgrade SCP-XXXX object class to Euclid because of the possibility of duplication

Addendum XXXX-03: ████████ was discovery to have created an instance of SCP-XXXX on 3/32/2010 and was administer class-A amnesic. On 5/4/2010 ████████ rediscovered SCP-XXXX for what he believed to be the first time. Special Containment Procedure was changed because of the ineffectiveness of class-A amnesic.
