Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4619 is kept in a dark small room in a glass box that is preferably on a pedestal. The glass box SCP-4619 is in should be 7 inches in height, 10 inches in length, and 7 inches in width. The glass should be 6 m thick.
SCP-4619 should be checked up on by staff every 5-10 minutes. SCP-4619 has been reported to move in the box.
Description: SCP-4619 is a small slab with undecipherable symbols on its top. Supposedly made back in 1867. 4 inches in heigh, 7 inches in length, and 4 inches in width. Underneath SCP-4619 has a red stain on the underneath side of it. Some speculate that this is blood. Agent ██████ and ████ reported that the stain was there before they obtained it. SCP-4619 was obtained by Agent ██████ grabbing it with ██ bare hands. Agent ██████ has since passed away. Grabbing SCP-4619 or touching it will cause insanity on the person who touched it, they start to hear an awfully loud ringing that won't go away, then they get very paranoid like someone is watching them, sometime after they will start hearing voices. When the voices are heard they are saying phrases such as, "return.. the.. slab.." "it's not yours, why did you steal it?" "he.. is coming" Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after touching the slab you will start to see a humanoid figure, also known as SCP-4619-1, this humanoid figure is about 6'2 with very long arms. He is often seen with a suit on and a top-hat. His face is deformed or subjects cannot remember what it looks like. If the face is remembered the jaw is un-hinged, the eyes are dark, and it looks like there are burn scars all over his face. When seen the subject gets scared and points him out although no one else can see. SCP-4619-1 will follow the subject around. After approximately 40 minutes after subjects started to see SCP-4619-1, the patient will get severe suicidal thoughts. Subject #4 said that they could hear a voice saying, "to be with him you know what to do." Subject #4 committed suicide 3 days after reporting this.

Results: Started hearing voices, getting very anxious, seeing things, suicidal thoughts
END RESULT: Death. Cause of death: Suicide
Analysis: Humanoid figurine had been seen, no memory of what he looks like. Suicide probably correlated to SCP-4619
Test 2 - 07/06/19██
Subject: ████████ (Subject #2)
Procedure: We had ████████ touch SCP-4619
Results: Frantic, hearing voices, ringing in ears, screaming
END RESULT: Death. Cause of death: Overnight seizure
Analysis: Humanoid figure had been seen again, no memory again. Death could've been connected to SCP-4619 or could have been just natural causes.
Test 3 - 09/24/19██
Subject: ██████ (Subject #3)
Procedure: We had ██████ touch SCP-4619
Results: Suicide attempts, ringing in ears/voices, paranoid, suicidal thoughts
END RESULT: Insanity. Kept inside padded cell. Still goes on how she needs to "return what she stole"
Analysis: Humanoid figure NOT reported. SCP-4619 probably causes insanity and suicidal thoughts.
Test 4 - 10/15/19██
Subject: ███████ (Subject #4)
Procedure: We had ███████ touch SCP-4619
Results: ringing/voices in ears, paranoia, suicidal thoughts
END RESULT: Death. Cause of death: Suicide
Analysis: Humanoid figure reported, memory of figure. Figure is about 6'2-6'3, top-hat, suit, dark eyes, un-hinged jaw, burn scars all over face. SCP-4619 caused insanity and suicidal thoughts to Subject #4.
Notes: Subject #4 left a note behind: "Thank you for letting me return what I stole. I will finally be free of these chains. But he still roams.
