Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 4091 is to be kept in a 25m by 25m by 5m containment room of solid concrete, currently at Site - 19. All equipment in 4091's chamber must not be removed from the chamber expect for maintenance and or replacement.
Access to SCP - 4091 is restricted to Level Two(2) Researchers, however tests involving accelerating 4091 to speeds above 300 KPH (186 MPH) require authorization and supervision of at least one(1) Level Four(4) Researcher.
Description: SCP - 4091 is a treadmill that is approximately 162cm by 71cm by 148cm (64in by 28in by 58in) of unknown origin. Foundation Personnel recovered 4091 from █████ ███ located in ██████, █████████████ after reports of a treadmill that was unable to be stopped. It features a dashboard displaying time, distance, calories burned, heart rate and incline controls. The length of the tread is approximately 248cm long, and 45cm wide. However, speed controls appear to be ripped out, with tape covering where the buttons would be. Underneath the treadmill features a standard cord on most conventional treadmills with a 110 volt circuit.
4091 seems too automatically turn on when a humanoid and or an object touches the tread. After turning on, 4091 will continually match the speed at which an object or a humanoid is moving at. There appears to be no friction between any parts of 4091, all while on a constant 110 volt circuit. Due to this, 4091 was able to be accelerated to speed of up to 24.857KPH (15.445MPH). No heat was generated during this. It is theorized that 4091 has no limit and can reach speeds faster than tachyons.
Note: 4091 only matches the speed of an object and or humanoid if moving parallel to the tread. Moving from side to side will result in no effect from 4091.

Test Log I
Conductor Level Two(2) Researcher, ████ ██████████
Subject One(1) caucasian Class D in his late 20's. Subject was attached to a EKG machine with a mask supplying a constant 0.08921 pound per cubic foot [lb/ft³] of pure O2. Subject was told to run for 10 minutes.
Results 27 Volts of electricity produced, with the subject running at a range of approximately 11-16KPH (7-10MPH).
Test Log II
Conductor Level Two(2) Researcher, ███████ ██████
Subject One(1) Wheel attached by a 1m long axe connected to a Four(4) Cylinder Internal Combustion Engine. Gasoline was fed via a 1m by 1m by 1m tank on top of the engine. Engine was kept at a constant 225 KPH (140 MPH).
Results 145,594 Volts of electricity produced, no heat produced in the parts of 4091.
