Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in standard containment unit at Site-█████, and closely monitored by two security staff at all times. Any entities seen coming out of SCP-XXXX outside of testing are to be detained and questioned Edit:terminate on sight. Access is only be allowed to personnel of security clearance level 2 or higher, and any personnel seeking to enter SCP-XXXX will need the approval of the project manager. See Addendum XXXX-7UJ for incident report.
Any Personnel interacting with SCP-XXXX are advised not to accept any deals and/or specials made by SCP-XXXX. If SCP-XXXX has experienced 4 weeks of inactive testing all Foundation personnel are not to enter SCP-XXXX containment unit, until procedure XXXX-29-beta is performed and the project manager deemed it safe.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a large wooden box painted blue with white trim and a white Rx logo on it front, SCP-XXXX is 6ft tall and 1.5ft on all sides. The total space inside SCP-XXXX is currently unknown.
If the button on SCP-XXXX is pressedit's door open line for an individual to enter for intensive care. Once subject enters the door will close behind them and subject will most commonly reappear 1-2 hours after entering. The longest recorded case of a subject being contain in SCP-XXXX has been 14 hours 36 minutes. All subjects entering SCP-XXXX for intensive care have no recollection of their time within SCP-XXXX. It is possible for an individual to enter SCP-XXXX before the door closes and contain all recollection of the time within SCP-XXXX though it is possible for the individual not to re-emerge. When SCP-XXXX is inactive for a period of two weeks and four days, a sign will appear with the word saying next "Next five customers are free" it is unknown what type of currency using outside of this instant. It is also to be noted that the sign will disappear after 3 people have interacted with SCP-XXXX. If there is an additional two weeks of inactive, SCP-XXXX will grab and capture people in close proximity for intensive care until a total of 10-12 patients have been acquired.
SCP-XXXX-A are the entities that serve as medical staff Within SCP-XXXX. Though they may look like large plastic drawing mannequins their internal working are almost identical to that of humans.
Addendum XXXX-7UJ:
During Incident-7UJ SCP-XXXX was idle in it containment cell, when its door opened a humanoid figure came running out and fell on the floor. Security teams quickly entered to detain entity. Subject was describes to have no skin or muscles and was mostly comprised of organs held together by a semi constructed skeleton. Subject was on the ground and breathing heavily and on closer examination was discovered to have what are believed to be bullet wound left lung. Subject died before medical team could arrive to the scene. After dissection of the subject it was discovered that the subject was mostly comprised of missing or replaced organs from previous intensive care subjects. It was also discovered to have teeth resembling that of a shark and a high levels of augmentation to its brain parts of it mostly being synthetic created through an unknown means. Request to upgrade SCP-XXXX object class was denied and was met with heightened security such as all entities exiting were to be eliminated on sight.
