"SCP-0069-J"

Item#6996

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: This object must be contained in a massive rubber like form fitting apparatus as well as it must also be sealed inside a rubber lined box. Due to it's need to penetrate, the object must only be interacted with by team members or scientists that lack any emotion. If any emotional entity comes into contact with the item, they will be penetrated. If the item escapes containment to penetrate a victim, only those classified as "Anti-Emo" are allowed to enter the room and recapture the object. Of course, they must be covered head to toe in rubber, in case they exhibit emotion once inside the room. Please note: rubber does not guarantee safety, it merely makes the likelihood of escaping penetration more likely.

Description: This long, exotic item is crudely referred to as "Dildo the Defiler." The object changes in appearance often, but remains constant in it's optimal penetrating shape. Also, no current evidence suggests the object is sentient, the possibility of sentience remains. SCP 6996 appears to be attracted to anything exhibiting emotions. Once locked on, the item will penetrate the victim. Scientists have attempted to stop the penetration process with steel containment walls, every alloy available, and layers of rubber, to no avail. Penetration will occur, it seems. To test the limits, experiments have been conducted in order to find a clear demonstration of durability. So far, all methods of destruction have failed to even render a scratch. Scientists can only speculate that as long as something or someone can potentially be penetrated, the item lives. Note: The substance that the object has been made from has an unidentified molecular structure.

Discovery: The object was recovered by a team in the Middle East. The object was located under the ruins of an ancient brothel. Local theological leaders explained the object will "penetrate any who come near who feel emotional." In order to counter this, the agents recruited emotionless sociopaths to capture the item. Unfortunately, one sociopath proved to have a hint of emotion, and was penetrated instantly. The object was transferred to base for further investigation and safekeeping.
