Special Containment Procedures: Containment procedures for SCP-XXXX is done to prevent anyone from viewing or reading it's content. SCP-XXXX is to be kept inside a 30 cm by 30 cm black opaque case inside a 10 meter by 10 meter room along with 5 other exact replicas of the book, each inside a different case. To gain access to the book's content, approval from one (1) Level 4 personal must be granted.
Any other possible copies of SCP-XXXX should be located and contained along with the others and another 5 replicas should be created. Owners of the copy, if they are still alive, should be terminated.
Discovery: The first copy of SCP-XXXX was discovered in the home of a Hong Kong couple after the two went on a violent rampage, exploding and burning nearby homes and stores on ████████ ██, ████. The two later went missing inside of a noodle shop that caught on fire. Police force, not associated with the SCP foundation, searched their home and discovered SCP-XXXX. After one member of the search crew discovered the book and read a little of it, he ran through the street and started to gun citizens down with his ███████. He later mysteriously disappeared 18-24 hours after the incident.
The event was then brought to the attention of the SCP Foundation, mainly Dr. █████████ and was placed in Site ██, where it remains today. Cover up stories "Mad Lad" and "Mad Lad 2" were used and ten members of ███ █████ were dispatched to secure SCP-XXXX-1.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a copy of Old Master Q - Chinese Idioms LOL Book 2. The cartoon book cover contains an orange border and a colourful title. The center of the cover features it's main character's1 face six times, each preforming a different action or representing a different emotion. The bottom of the cover shows the book series' and SingTao's website and logo.
Although thousands of copies of Old Master Q - Chinese Idioms LOL Book 2 are sold in multiple places around the world, the content in SCP-XXXX is different than the others.
Content in SCP-XXXX features it's main characters preforming graphic events, including cannibalism, murder, kidnapping, sexual activity, and other illegal activities. It's anomalous effects manifest after it's owner starts reading the content. After 2-4 hours of looking, studying, or reading the events, readers would start to feel the need to cause these events2 in real life. Tests have shown that different comics appear for different people.
As of ███████ ██, ████, there have been three copies of SCP-XXXX. All three items have the same anomalous effects and looks.
