Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5129-A is to be contained in 3,000 running feet of fence across the entire forest area. Facility Guards located on the site will go through extensive mental training known as MPMS mental training for 6 months to resist the effects of SCP-5129-A and generally issued weapons. If any Guard on-site is starting to hear whispers they must immediately report to the medical bay. Facility guards are to be placed around every area SCP-5129-A and patrol it for 24 hrs a day with at least two squads of four for every sector. Under no circumstances are any civilian or foundation personal to enter SPC-5129-A unless directed to by Dr.Kowaza. If any civilians walking past SCP-5129-A is seen trying to go into SCP-5129-A the civilian must be contained for questioning and mental therapy. If a subject somehow enters the area any site guards must wait for MTF Unit-Shokan who will attempt to retrieve the subject.
Description: SCP-5129 is a humanoid entity composed of black smoke with a height of approximately 6.5 meters and is composed of several humanoid arms stinky out of the smoke at random points and a human-like head with teeth sticking out like razors.
It is also unknown if SCP-5129 has any kind of higher brain function as it shows acute high intelligence.
When encountering SCP-5129 the creature will begin to get inside the victim’s head regardless of the person’s language. It will then hand the victim a dagger of unknown origin and metal to make the victim carve his or her head open. After the procedure is done the entity will then proceed to grab the skull within the victim’s head. Once containing the skull from the subject SCP-5129 will begin to take the skull back to its lair which is still unknown of its location.
It is unknown if SCP-5129 feeds as it shows no signs of inner organs or an ability to need food or any kind of substance.
SCP-5129-A is a terrain similar to that of a forest in which where SCP-5129 lives. The terrain will convince victims to come into the forest. If it is successful SCP-5129 will be able to have a much bigger influence on the subject no matter the IQ of the person. If a subject is removed from SCP-5129-A they will still be drawn to go into the forest.
Additional Notes: SCP-5129 was found by personnel in [DATA EXPUNGED] Japan in [DATA EXPUNGED].After hearing constant reports of people going missing near the town of [DATA EXPUNGED]. When the foundation made first contact 10 causalities happened before containment was secure.
Addendum 5129-1: SCP-5129 cannot leave SCP-5129-A for some unknown reason. Test have shown any attempt to bring SCP-5129 out of SCP-5129-A will make the subject turn around back into the forest.
