Special Containment Procedures: Scp-7613 is not allowed to see any animal that a human can consider to be a dog. Scp-7613 is to be kept in a steel sphere water tank with fast moving air bubbles all pumping towards the center of the sprehe where scp-7613 will be. Due to scp-7613 high strength it can often out swim the bubbles and will break out of its cage often. Should it break out of it’s cage all onsite canines will be taken to shelter-13 they will stay there until the breach ends.
Description: Scp-7613 is a 13 year old male kid. Scp-7613 is immune to all damage and all attempts to hurt it have met with failure. It is very strong and has been shown to be able to rip down full steel security doors in only 2 minutes. Scp-7613 will constantly search for dogs. Should it find a dog it will grab the dog and do all it can to bring it to the surface and free the dog into a safe area where a human will find and save it. Scp-7613 has a sense of where dogs are located as well. Scp-7613 has no intentions on attacking humans and will only do it to save a dog. Scp-7613 was recovered after reports of dog disappearances and superstitions. This caught the foundations attention and scp-7613 was found in the woods of [REDACTED]

Scp-7613 will be interviewed while in it’s cell via intercom.
Dr Locks: Hello Scp-7613 how are you today?
Scp-7613: Let me out. I need to save a dog.
Dr Locks: Sadly that won’t be happening. Can you tell us a little about where you came from?
Scp-7613: If I do, can I save a dog?
Dr Locks: (After requesting for permission he was granted to lie and say yes) Yes you can.
Scp-7613: I came from a normal house with normal people. I had a sister, a brother, two normal
parents and… buddy. (Scp-7613 is heard wimpring a little before ceasing.)
Dr Locks: Who is buddy?
Scp-7613: Buddy is a dog. The best dog.
Dr Locks: Can you tell me what buddy was like and what happened to him
Scp-7613: Yea he was a normal dog brown fur a little territorial and my best friend. It was a normal
day when… It happened there was glass they rushed in. He was under their feet. I ha- I could do
nothing I could do… nothing. It was the worst day of my life. I then made a promise to never let
another dog suffer again.
At this point the interview ended. Upon finding out he would not save a dog scp-7613 breached
containment and was confirmed to save a onsite lab puppy named buddy.
