Site-54 Archive Military

Site-54 is a military site that is located in a hidden area of colorado. Site-54 holds multiple documents containing protocols and other files that are meant for military purposes. The protocols kept here either go for Mobile Task Force or for Security Department purposes. The actions that the documents hold vary vastly. Only people allowed to go here off duty from their combative job is the Third in command, Second in command and First in command of Mobile Task Force, and only the Second and First in command of the Security Department. Along with that, any other personnel that rank L-4+ may be allowed to go on site.
