Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9884 should be stored in the Keter class biological sector of Site-{REDACTED} with a 10 meter kill zone if any SCP-9884-A gets into the site. It should be guarded by 10 guards, 5 guards must patrol the area with assault rifles and the other 5 must be in the kill zone with heavy machine guns. All personnel and guards entering the containment area of SCP-9884 must always wear LEVEL D hazmat suits and researchers must only spend 5 minutes in the containment area.

Testing of SCP-9884 must only be done with robots or D class personnel.

Description:SCP-9884 is a virus that can quickly transform, adapt to all kinds of medicines, vaccines, and can spread from animals to humans in seconds. This virus can spread through all means after capture. This virus can destroy all higher-order functions and can make the person into globs of liquids that are made into creatures that do not resemble any animal or SCP on the earth. These globs can move and attack and only do one thing that is to spread the virus and get the sample held by the SCP foundation. These globs are now known as SCP-9884-A and it should be killed before it comes near any SCP sites or human population. SCP-9884-A must be killed in any means and the only way the foundation has been able to kill it is by using D Classes with high-powered lasers to guide napalm bombs on them which leads to the killing of the D class also.

Discovery: SCP-9884 was discovered in a meteor crash site in {REDACTED} and started infecting people near the area. 2 teams named Falcon 1 and Falcon 2 were sent with hazmat suits and helicopters was sent to contain the SCP but was confronted by SCP-9884-A. 5 agents lost their lives in this operation known as OPERATION VITALS
