This SCP was caught in Colorado, as he was seen murdering a 50 year old man on his lawn, with his hand in the shape of a giant blade.
The only known interview was corrupted by the SCP. And all near the recording of it see visions behind them in their mirror reflection and will be petrified, this will happen for 6 months until they finally end the victim.
Not much is known about this SCP, but more and more research is being done every day.
This SCP once caused a containment breach after killing a researcher during an interview.
The SCP resembles Julius Caesar, and the only english word he can say is "sea" and he has been heard randomly muttering it, people who reported hearing it have committed suicide.
