Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A is to be housed in a two (2) cubic foot containment cell. The walls are to be lined in reinforced steel, and coated in a thick layer of ████████ for maximum noise suppression. The ceiling of the cell is to be fitted with a hydraulic press capable of crushing with 2000 PSI. Should the instance of SCP-XXXX-A attempt a containment breach, the press is to be activated and continuously used until SCP-XXXX-A has ceased all signs of life. No more than one instance of SCP-XXXX-A on site is permitted. (See Incident report SCP-XXXX-1 for further details.)
Instances of SCP-XXXX-B are to be stored in hermetically sealed in containers made from cubic silicone nitride and suspended above the ground by no less than ten (10) feet in the air. Given the random materials used to create instances of SCP-XXXX-B, special procedures may be implemented based upon what material the instance is made from.
All forms of media, social media, and religious forums are to be monitored regularly on a 24/7 basis for any signs of instances of SCP-XXXX-C. Once an instance of SCP-XXXX-C has been located, Mobile Task Force Gamma-3 (Bug Hunt) is to be deployed in infected areas and terminate all instances of SCP-XXXX-C and SCP-XXXX-A. Any Instances of SCP-XXXX-B are to then be collected in specialized containment capsules. In the event that the instance's material is hazardous, MTF Gamma-3 is to remain in position until a suitable container can be provided.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to the primary entity which is the subject of worship of an extremely influential and dangerous cult. The religious order in question, hereafter referred to as SCP-XXXX-C has instances that appear randomly throughout the world, usually targeting high poverty locations. Said instances of SCP-XXXX-C are usually lead by fully matured entities, hereafter referred to as SCP-XXXX-A.
SCP-XXXX-A is a humanoid insect of average height. The base structure of SCP-XXXX-A most commonly resembles that of a more humanoid version of a Idolomantis Diabolica (Devils Flower Mantis) while the color more closely resembles that of the European Mantis with a more muted green color. The creature stands on two three jointed legs and have two sets of arms. Two main Humanoid arms, with fingers ending in sharp chitinous claws, and two arms located on the lower abdomen which are arms that are identical to the grasping arms of all mantis species. The creature is covered in a protective outer carapace that is highly resistant to bullets, flames, extreme environments and even radiation. The creature is also able to emit a loud, cicada like call used as a defense mechanism. At close range, the call can rupture ear drums, and cause internal bleeding. A special formula of ████████ has been found to suppress sound better than other materials, And as such is used regularly. The carapace itself offers great resistance and is lightweight compared to most heavy armors. However, while it is resistant, this does not mean impervious. focusing fire upon a specific point, or heavy fire power have shown to get through the carapace, and terminate instances of SCP-XXXX-A.
The creature is fully capable of human speech, and has been interviewed and engaged in communication. When dealing with instances of SCP-XXXX-C, SCP-XXXX-A are unusually found as the leaders of the groups. Its unknown if SCP-XXXX-A creates instances of SCP-XXXX-B.
SCP-XXXX-B is a small idol that has been carved in the shape of a mantis. While each instance of SCP-XXXX-B carries the same anomalous function as each other, the instances vary in material. The material in which the idol is created ranges from common items, to far more dangerous items, and in some rare cases, materials that do not regularly exist. See Addendum SCP-XXXX-2 for further details. As mentioned, each instance may be made of different materials but they preform the same function. When activated by either SCP-XXXX-A or SCP-XXXX-C, entities from SCP-XXXX-B manifest, which appear to resemble freshly hatched cockroach nymphs, although larger than normal specimens. These entities will then seek out uninfected hosts, either by hunting around populated areas, or if members of SCP-XXXX-C bring kidnapped civilians as potential hosts. Once in contact with a host, the entities will then enter inside the host, preferring to enter by the ear canal. They do this by infiltrating homes, and making noise within the walls. Either by using simple scratches, or even complex mimicking including intercourse or domestic violence.
Entities may also attempt to infect humans in their sleep. Whatever infection method used, all hosts are then designated as SCP-XXXX-C.
SCP-XXXX-C are infected humans under the thrall of the main SCP-XXXX entity. Infected subjects have a limited time of lucidity before under the complete control of SCP-XXXX. Subjects experience vivid nightmares, visual and auditory hallucinations, loss of apatite, and more. All subjects eventually return to the the source of SCP-XXXX-B, and begin their role as SCP-XXXX-C. The primary function of SCP-XXXX-C is to spread the influence of its religious order. While these groups can be anywhere, and have many names, All instances of SCP-XXXX-C use the same religious phrases and teachings, such as "The Many verses the one." "The Infinite Perfection." "The peace of true neutrality." And "Freedom from the shackles of individualism." After a month of infection, SCP-XXXX-C begin a "Maturing" phase. such phases result in hair loss, Color change in the iris and sclera, Loss of teeth hair and nails, necrosis of the skin, and deformities until the subject transforms into a fully matured instance of SCP-XXXX-A. The foundation was first made aware of SCP-XXXX and its instances on 03/07/19██ when [REDACTED] which lead to ████ civilian casualties.
Addendum: Incident report SCP-XXXX-1.
On 04/02/2004, It was determined that SCP-XXXX-A's highly resistant carapace could be used as an alternative to standard security armor. Several Class D's were intentionally infected using SCP-XXXX-B, and compliance from SCP-XXXX-A. Once infected, preparation for the farming of SCP-XXXX-A carapaces would begin. However, before the first new instance of SCP-XXXX-A could be terminated, A riot erupted in the D-Class cells. Apparently, Entities of SCP-XXXX-B had manifested within several D-class holding cells while they slept. A massive Containment breach soon followed when all instances of SCP-XXXX-A were freed by infected D-Class. High essential members were escorted out of Site ██ and MTF Gamma-3 was called in. Although Gamma-3 lost a majority of its forces, They were able to successfully purge all Class D personnel, and terminate all instances of SCP-XXXX-A. There are a reported ███ casualties of on site personnel, not including Class D. After this incident, 05-█ ordered that no more than one instance of SCP-XXXX-A is allowed to exist on site grounds, and any request to weaponize SCP-XXXX-A's carapace will be automatically denied.

The Following is a transcript of a video interview conducted by Doctor ██████ Jacobson, interviewing an instance of SCP-XXXX-A.

SCP-XXXX-A: (SCP-XXXX-A is seen grooming its lower abdominal arms. Throughout the video, the creature is heard clicking at random points.)
Doctor Jacobson: "Hello, XXXX."
SCP-XXXX-A: (Ignores Doctor Jacobson and continues to groom itself.)
Doctor Jacobson: "Can you hear me?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "We hear you. We are aware of your presence."
Doctor Jacobson: "I see. I'd like to ask you some questions."
SCP-XXXX-A: (Flexes its wings and flaps rapidly, startling Jacobson for a moment. SCP-XXXX-A continues to click as it begins to clean its right eye.) "Speak."
Doctor Jacobson: "I see. (Adjusts his glasses and reads from his clip note.) What can you tell us about your master, SCP-)
SCP-XXXX-A: (Flaps its wing rapidly again and interrupts Jacobson.) "We have no master. We are us. There is only us. There has always been us. There will always be us."
Doctor Jacobson: "So you are a hive mind I take it?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "This is not difficult to understand."
Doctor Jacobson: "Yes, well…Right. So tell me, what is your primary goal?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "Perfection."
Doctor Jacobson: "And what is perfection to you?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "Before what you understand as time existed. Before there was heat and cold. Before there was day and night. Before your world was even formed in the womb of creation. Before all worlds. There was Gray. There was peace. There was perfection. There was only us."
Doctor Jacobson: "What changed?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "The Titans. They willed themselves into being, and blinded us. They came into our perfection and perverted it. With them, they brought fire and ice. Joy and Sorrow. Life and Death. Mercy and Cruelty. They attempted to Murder us. But we were never born, and neither can we die. We simply are."
Doctor Jacobson: "And who were these Titans?"
SCP-XXXX-A: (Glares at Doctor Jacobson and growls.) "Usurpers. Murderers. Thieves. They created such Horrid things. Individuality. Love, Hate, Beauty, Ugly, Light, Dark, All are perversions of our perfection. They created our one perfection and created a web of degeneracy and imperfections. The Multiverse was born, and it Enraged us. So from then on, we began to put the pieces together, Bit by bit, World by world. Universe by universe."
Doctor Jacobson: "I see. So you travel between universes?"
SCP-XXXX-A: "We exist in ALL universes. simultaneously. We transcend the barriers between the realms. We are here at every point in history. Our will bleeds into the thin fabric the Titans weaved to ensnare us. We are aware of All things. We know of you. We know of the man who records us. We know of the one who reads and hears our words, either for work or for their own enjoyment."
Doctor Jacobson: "Enjoyment? What are yo-"
SCP-XXXX-A: "You who are now aware of our existence. You shall no longer know fear. We will guide you. The titans sought to pervert our perfection. They deemed us as abominations. As beasts to be slaughtered. But we are more than that. We are Infinite. We are many, yet singular. We are of infinite minds, and we are of one mind. We shall all rejoin in our blessed perfection. We shall embrace that perfection. Time will cease. Matter will be crushed. And All of creation will end. When the hour comes, All will rejoice as we return to perfection. When we all are One again.
