Special Containment Procedures: Current containment efforts for SCP-XXXX are focused on the discovery and exhumation of the remains of Ester ██████ and Antonio ██████. A joint Foundation-U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement temporary task force has been established for purposes of the investigation.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity resembling a woman of Hispanic descent, measuring approximately 1.65 meters in height. In all recorded manifestations, SCP-XXXX has worn a white huipil with a multicolored floral motif, a worn pair of blue jeans, a locket engraved with an image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, and clown makeup primarily in red. The latter has made it difficult to determine the entity's apparent age. SCP-XXXX is capable of levitation, and has never been observed to touch the ground. SCP-XXXX is intangible.

SCP-XXXX wil cry without pause during manifestation, alternately hiding its head in its hands or turning to face upwards. At arbitrary intervals, it will ask for directions towards "my children", or bemoan the loss of said children; this behavior is performed independently of the presence of human interlocutors. Exposure to SCP-XXXX's cries exerts exerts deleterious effects upon agents of governmental and paragovernmental organizations that routinely perform incarceration, including Foundation agents. Short-term exposure generates suicidal ideation and feelings of extreme grief¹. Long-term effects of exposure to SCP-XXXX's cry include [REDACTED]. Wearing noise-cancelling headphones has proven effective in counteracting these effects up to a range of five meters of proximity with SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX manifests in urban locations around the US-Mexico border wall. Upon manifestation, it will patrol an arbitrary area until it detects a suitable target. SCP-XXXX targets low-income civilians under the age of 13 who are attempting, or planning to attempt, either a request for asylum or illegal entry into the United States of America. SCP-XXXX will approach its targets at velocities upwards of 80 km/h and grip them by the wrist, rendering the target intangible. SCP-XXXX will then guide its target across the border wall and towards locations abundant in food and water within areas of primarily Spanish-speaking population in a range of 200 kilometers of distance from the border wall². Civilians abducted by SCP-XXXX report a lack of physical discomfort during the journey despite the high velocity of their movement. Upon delivery of their target, SCP-XXXX will display extreme distress at the discovery that their target is not "her child" before demanifesting.

Addendum of some sort
SCP-XXXX's first manifestation occurred one day after the highly publicized revelation of the death of siblings Ester and Antonio ██████ due to medical neglect while in the care of U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement. The location of the ██████ siblings' parents remains unknown. Records of the location of Ester and Antonio ██████'s remains were destroyed prior to Foundation intervention.

Incident Report Whatever Bro
On this/that/whenever date, SCP-XXXX manifested outside Imperial Regional Detention Facility in Calexico, California. SCP-XXXX did not engage in its usual patrolling behavior and instead navigated directly towards ██████ and ██████, two civilian children of Salvadoran nationality detained separately from their parents. SCP-XXXX liberated both targets from the facility, depositing them on the street outside. Upon the discovery of its targets' identity, it released a scream reported by civilian survivors as "piercing" and unmitigated by the facility's walls. This incident resulted in the suicide of all Immigration Customs and Enforcement employees and two undercover Foundation agents operating in the facility. Coverup was probably pretty hard.

Special Containment Procedures: —SCP-XXX is to be kept in a Standard Humanoid Containment Unit. Thus far, SCP-XXXX has proven highly cooperative with containment, and is to be provided with a weekly supply of writing utensils as a reward for continued good behavior.

Every 8 hours, SCP-XXXX is to take a 600 miligram extended-release dose of lithium salts. At the suggestion of Dr. Letke, SCP-XXXX has recommenced feminizing hormone replacement therapy; despite the potential mood swing effects of estrogen-based hormone replacement therapy, it is the opinion of Dr. Letke that the long-term effects of hormone replacement therapy on SCP-XXXX's self-esteem would reduce the potential for a future manic episode. Changes in SCP-XXXX's behavior and mood, including restlessness, reduced need for sleep and/or nourishment, and inflated self-esteem despite lack of stimulus, are to be reported to Site Command immediately. SCP-XXXX must be sedated immedately upon suspicion of a manic episode.

Permanent sedation of SCP-XXXX is currently under consideration by the Ethics Commitee.—

As of ██/██/2019, SCP-XXXX is uncontained. Mobile Task Force Someshit Oranother has been deployed together with select organisms of the United States Border Patrol for recovery. Personnel have been authorized to utilize lethal force.

Description: SCP-XXXX is ████ ██████, a female human of Hispanic descent and 25 years of age. SCP-XXXX is transgender and, upon capture, had been undergoing feminizing hormone replacement therapy for approximately three months. Prior to its containment, SCP-XXXX had received a diagnosis for bipolar I disorder; Dr. Letke has since ratified this diagnosis. SCP-XXXX is fluent in both English and Spanish, and prefers to communicate in English.

SCP-XXXX possesses the anomalous capability to "swap" the ontological states of any two opposing³ realities. According to SCP-XXXX itself, the effects of this swap cannot be restricted to a reduced scale, and must be universal in application. For example, it cannot put a liquid "inside" a cup "outside" it; to do so, it would have to swap the concept of "inside" and "outside" at a universal level. This effect is retroactive and permanent. Due to the risk of a CK-Class Restructuring scenario, testing of SCP-XXXX's capabilities has been preemptively suspended. SCP-XXXX claims to have utilized this ability only once thus far, upon the concepts of "Mexico" and "United States of America".

CK-Class Restructuring Scenario XXXX

On ██/██/2018, Kant counters in all Foundation sites across Mexico and the United States of America reported a massive spike in Hume levels, consistent with the output necessary for a CK-Class Reality Shift scenario. Other Foundation sites worldwide reported smaller increases in Hume levels. The epicenter of this change was traced to Mexicali, Mexico. Local Foundation operatives found SCP-XXXX in a visible state of disorientation and distress inside a derelict podiatrist's office, begging forgiveness from the approaching officers. SCP-XXXX surrendered to capture without offering resistance. In a subsequent interview, SCP-XXXX was diagnosed as undergoing a manic episode with psychotic symptoms, and was allowed time to recover in captivity under the designation PoI-4896483958 before its anomalous nature was determined.

According to descriptions provided by SCP-XXXX, before the application of its anomalous capabilities, "Mexico" (hereby Mexico-1) designated the landmass that now occupies the United States of America. Mexico-1's government was highly centralized, which resulted in instability and poverty owing to the size of Mexico-1's area. SCP-XXXX describes the states of Kansas, Colorado and Utah as being de facto under the control of drug trafficking rings, utilizing its abundant arable land for planting illegal drugs. Mexico-1 was a secular state, but held the Catholic church in high regard, and much of the country's free-to-air television programming had a Catholic bent. SCP-XXXX describes this television channel as a monopoly operating in collusion with the government; such monopolies were a common matter and went largely unpunished despite the flagrancy of their operations. Mexico-1's entertainment industry Mexico-1's border was often utilized as an entry point for illegal immigrants both national and Canadian, looking to gain employment illegally into the country now designated "Mexico" (hereby América-1).⁴Mexico-1 had never made an attempt at colonizing Alaska, and it existed as a Canadian territory.

Estados Unidos de América was a nation occupying the landmass now known as Mexico, as well as Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, San Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. SCP-XXXX describes América as a wealthy nation with a disproportionally large amount of citizens in poverty, owing to a labor legislation aggressively favoring large corporations. América's primary economic activity was its military industry, and SCP-XXXX described it as "always on a warpath", having absorbed several countries to the South of it since its formation and now regularly enacting coups in South American countries rich in exploitable resources. SCP-XXXX's entertainment industry was one of the strongest at a global level, and, before the shift, was producing some of the highest budgeted and most profitable films in history.
